Just wanted to share my Macross F tatami room.

http://www.figure.fm...atami+Room.html

I'm more of a figure collector, but I have some interesting items in my collection such as original sketches and autographs and the Macross F pachinko machine!

...returns to lurking....

That is an amazing collection! You sure put a lot of thought into the layout of everything. A pachinko machine and even a capsule machine... Wow a true macross F fan.

It sucks that after all this time, I have no pics of any of my stuff on display. How sad.

This thread does need new contributors. It's not important as to how much people have so much as how it's displayed. That's my favorite part about this thread. All the different poses, shelving, and custom displays are awesome.

I agree. Unfortunately, what's in my display cases arent toys on display, just boxes with the toys inside them. Using one room as an office, library, dresser for close room and display cases, there isn't a lot of space for anything specific. I really want to put up pictures of the cels and posters that I have as well.

Thou my Valkyries are on shelves they are still in boxes to, though this thread is slowly warming me up to actually displaying them so maybe when I get my VF-4 and YF-29 I will be in a mood to do something about it

I'm doing nothing but flooding my room with boxes of valkyries and books, but soon (6 mos.???) we'll be in a much, much bigger house and I can have a room for display and hobby stuff only. Even the walk-in closet is big enough to display stuff.

I need to rearrange my shelves to make room for some of the new arrivals I've had come in, but I expect to be moving soon and since I've been expanding the collection more quickly than usual it seems like a waste of time... But maybe I'll go ahead and do that just to have some shots to share!

If you can show some progression pics. What you have now and what it grows into.

Holy expletive deleted, how did I not see this Frontier room before!? I completely missed these comments, that is really amazing! I love how organized and well laid out everything is!

Thanks Ahab and Caslon. Been working on this for about two weeks. Tired of seeing 1/60's with all the good stuff.

You can put a thin wire in the middle to control the curve of the trails.

There's a paperclip inside the glue already. I put it inside for that very purpose.

There have been some fantastic displays show here lately, great job on the missile effects, Benson!

At some point I was tempted to pick up a 1/48 for that purpose and I was thinking of trying to do a missile effect with optic fiber wires and clear putty then I also got a 1/48 model kit to replace the 1J head with Hasegawa's 1/48 which looks a bit better to me and also features more details. But I'm just too lazy I guess

Here are some pics from my brand new camera :

Some awesome collections in here. I need to get my area in order so I can post a pic. It's no where near what you guys have. I just keep a Yamato 1/60 Max DYRL VF-1A around. A have a few others for an area I'm trying to complete.
