Mog
There’s a few other threads down in The Workshop section showing off mods to other custom SDF-1’s: http://www.macrossworld.com/mwf/forum/23-the-workshop/ There’s also @nightmareB4macross’s “customized to the hilt” version: He gave a ton of tips on how to add more articulation and features to the old toy. I had a few mistakes here and there, but the final product came out pretty good: It helps that the one I bought off of eBay had busted shoulders out of the box. Gave me the incentive to fix her up. vlenhoff
Oh my goodness! Thanks guys! That is definitely a labor of work. If I ever do something to it, would be a paintjob, and some detailed illustrative "panel" work. Great Job @tekering!

Just stick it in the very front or better yet maybe all the way back. It will look good.

They're actually quite big at 1/72 because the Tomcat is such a big plane. It's bigger than a 1/60 VF-1 by quite a bit. It will probably look ok in there. borgified
@Grey728 - Are the joints still holding up on Messer after putting on the Sillpheed Armour?

I was worried about that too. I haven't touched it much since I placed it on my yeti stand but I made sure most of the weight was supported and off the joints. I think only the arms could potentially get loose now. I'll need to get the support arms out of storage but have been too lazy to make a trip. sqidd
@Rogueload dropped by today with the X-9 he built for me (thanks!!!!) and picked up a VF-0A w/ Ghost I sourced for him. So, the Plus shelves (Yeah, I know the Advanced is Frontier) got a little re-organizing. Pretty good for a quick first draft. I'm going to need to spend some time staring at it before I figure out what I really want to do.
