I'm confused @.@ 

This looks like a "premium" version of Max already with what looks like "no step" on the wings already? Similar to the pics of Miria on HLJ 

Or is it just that these pics of the regular version have the decals applied

That has been the case since Yamato. You can achieve the same with using stickers (and lot of patience and time)

It's the regular version. The premium version will have Japanese writing usually on the lower left stating tampo printing even though it's the same picture.

That's because the second picture has the tampo already applied over the photograph xD

One thing stays the same with Arcadia. Whether it's regular or premium finish version. Their white is not white.

Well, these aren't white. They'll be blue and red, but their white trim, well, most of it, will be paint, so that might be different than the off color white plastic people claim to see.

Depending on how they do it, Max/Milia valks are often "molded white, with large areas of color then painted on" because it's much easier to paint rich red and blue over white plastic, than vice-versa.   So even like the lower legs can be molded in white, then the entire sides are painted.  

So you may end up with the legs having "pink" accents due to being molded in that color, and clashing with "pure" white paint in neighboring areas.

(The 1/48 is still the best Milia paint job ever---they did an amazing job having the red paint match the red plastic, and the white paint match the white plastic)

The heck?  Now it'll be on my next credit card bill and I'll have to pay it off, but it won't even ship until a month after that.   Will N-Y "refund" payment?   I intentionally waited until the payment deadline just so this wouldn't happen.

I doubt it if they will refund it. In my case, I actually forgot to pay for it and has been requesting for NY to reinstate the order since technically, I am still not late for payment. They insist that they cant do anything about it.

Pre-paid my preorder as instructed by NY only to see that they pushed the order a month.  First it was coming early then a week late..now a month late.

Has all vendors pushed back a month or is it only NY?

Heh. One of the rare times I actually paid for my preorder with ny early and it gets delayed.

They should've known about the delay prior to enacting the payment cut off.

Wonder what the cause of the delay is. Arcadia should be masters at producing these re-issues by now. They didn't even pick a definitive date, just the arbitrary last day of the month (which happens to be a Saturday). Hopefully we'll get a more accurate release date next week.
