monster gashapon?

i came across this while image surfing.

anyone recognize what product line/ manufacturer this Regult is from?

i'm actually more interested in the Monster, which seems to be a 5-piece thing, so presumably this gashapon set has a Monster part with each of the 5 Macross vehicles in the set.

any info appreciated. thanks

Its the Macross Mecha Diorama blind box candy toy set made by TOMY a couple years back. 5 piece set consisting of: VF-1S, VF-1J, VF-1A, Quedluun-Rau, and Regult. Each having one piece of the Monster

I managed to buy the VF's the Rau and a couple of versions of the  Regult a few year ago when in Shinjuku.   Never knew there was a Monster as well

There is a CD Trader store there and one of the floors was always just Gashapon.  So many different kinds. I think over my several visits to Japan I have spent a fair few hundred pounds in there. I bought everything Macross they had, and each visit just picked up anything I didn't already have. Even snagged a couple of still in box Chunkies for about. £10.

One of the booths at the macross world con this a couple  months ago had that monster on display, but not for sale at an affordable price. I really wanted it, but I could have bought another hmr monster for the price.

yes, but its from Japan, so shipping will be higher and you will also need a proxy buyer.

Yeah, I missed that too. Was excited and about to cherry pick macross stuff on buyee when I saw the clause that excludes Yahoo! Auction

Pretty sure I have the complete set, will have to check and see when I get home.  I think I might even have the Monster, but I can't recall.  Bought a bunch of those in Japan a few years ago, but tucked them all away during the renos.
