edstuff Posted September 6, 2016 Posted September 6, 2016 Very nice. I used to know a customizer of transformers and he used auto paints. What paint did you use? Quote

HardlyNever Posted September 7, 2016 Posted September 7, 2016 Nice paint job. That interior detail is great. On a related note, does anyone know where to get one of these (or the Miria one) for a somewhat reasonable price? There is one on Amazon for about $150 shipped to the US, but I can't see myself paying that much for one of these. I know they have a sordid history and were released somewhat overpriced. Any ideas where I can get one more in the $80-$100 range shipped? I've been keeping an eye on Mandarake. Quote
505thAirborne Posted September 7, 2016 Posted September 7, 2016 (edited) There are two (one of each) on Mandarake for $108.00 + postage. And a used one on Ebay for $99.00 shipped and includes a Max figure. Hope that helps! Edited September 7, 2016 by 505thAirborne Quote

What he said! I suck at painting also. The blue the OP used is beautiful, much better than the purplish blue Yamato used. Quote
