Mintox Posted June 19, 2016 Posted June 19, 2016 Nice VF1. I'm toying with doing something similar with a build I am doing now of a VF1. Its a pity there isnt anything in 1/48 ground crew and vehicles for these. Quote
Cesar Enrique Posted June 22, 2016 Posted June 22, 2016 Nicely done. It´s very sad that this kit was limited edition. Quote
Gabe Q Posted June 27, 2016 Posted June 27, 2016 Super nice! Where's the pilot figure? The kit includes one. Quote
Sandman Posted July 7, 2016 Posted July 7, 2016 How does this comapre to the yamato 1/48 design wise? Better? Worse? Quote
Artoor Posted July 15, 2016 Author Posted July 15, 2016 Thanks for all comments Nice VF1. I'm toying with doing something similar with a build I am doing now of a VF1. Its a pity there isnt anything in 1/48 ground crew and vehicles for these. I have Hasegawa carrier crew on the bench. I'll use them. Super nice! Where's the pilot figure? The kit includes one. I tried to convert him from sitting in cockpit to standing near Valkyrie but no success. How does this comapre to the yamato 1/48 design wise? Better? Worse? I have no idea. I don't have any Yamato Valkyrie. Quote
Gatsu Posted August 9, 2016 Posted August 9, 2016 i don't like these Hasegawa vf1s... they have great details but they continue to have wrong proportions... Quote

Use the 1/48 Airforce pilots from the ground crew set, just add the Macross helmet to his or her hand (hollowed out) and a greenstuff harness and shoulder pads and your done. Or have him sitting on the side of the refueler chatting with the ground crew chief Quote
