TMBounty_Hunter Posted May 12, 2016 Posted May 12, 2016 So it seems they saw the insane success Kotobukiya had with Frame Arms Girls series and are having a go themselves https://twitter.com/digitamin/status/730570062940143616 Quote
chaos77 Posted May 12, 2016 Posted May 12, 2016 I wonder if it's a completely transformable valkyrie if you remove the girl figure. Kinda doubt it. Maybe it's a female figure you can add to Bandai's 1/72 scale kit. Would a cross-company collaboration be implausible? Quote
seti88 Posted May 12, 2016 Posted May 12, 2016 How is fighter mode any different, cos in the pic it looks like a regular VF31... Quote
spanner Posted May 12, 2016 Posted May 12, 2016 I dunno.. this just looks weird. Im not diggin it. pass Quote
seti88 Posted May 12, 2016 Posted May 12, 2016 Frankly if they used freya (or walkure) as the girl figures, perhaps it would be infinitely more interesting... Quote
fhrex Posted May 12, 2016 Posted May 12, 2016 (edited) I have to have one of these! It's a little reminiscent of Ranka's battroid costume from Frontier. Edited May 12, 2016 by fhrex Quote
Vifam7 Posted May 12, 2016 Posted May 12, 2016 According to the placard, this is going to be fully transformable. Though that doesn't mean perfect transformation. Also suggests, easy buildup and lots of articulation for playability. Personally, I'm excited. I wasn't interested in the whole Kan-Colle thing but Valkyries + cute girls? I'm on board. Quote
kajnrig Posted May 12, 2016 Posted May 12, 2016 You might be interested in Frame Arms Girls, then. Quote
Chas Posted May 12, 2016 Posted May 12, 2016 the gerwalk mode is so cute. I think that should read " The GIRLwalk mode is so cute. Quote
MechTech Posted May 12, 2016 Posted May 12, 2016 My wife would be like, "what the heck!?" It is kinda a weird concept. - MT Quote
seti88 Posted September 23, 2016 Posted September 23, 2016 (edited) All Japan hobby show preview of the valk girl prototype... Edited September 23, 2016 by seti88 Quote
seti88 Posted September 23, 2016 Posted September 23, 2016 Now you can admire your valk differently... Quote
UN Spacy Posted September 23, 2016 Posted September 23, 2016 LOL that old man Graham is so turned off by it. Quote
seti88 Posted September 23, 2016 Posted September 23, 2016 Haha its not for everyone is stating the obvious....tho i still stand by the fact they should have used freya as the girl instead, that would be so much more meaningful... Quote
electric indigo Posted November 22, 2016 Posted November 22, 2016 The infamous Valkyrie Girl rides again: http://www.taghobby.com/?p=147886 They still need to fix that exploding butt of hers. Quote
kajnrig Posted November 22, 2016 Posted November 22, 2016 Is it just an average anime girl? Do they not have the rights to ANY of the various female leads? Quote
arbit Posted November 22, 2016 Posted November 22, 2016 (edited) It is at least a unique concept. I want to see it. But: Aoshima + Model kit + Transforming Valk + Armored Figure? This wont end well. Edited November 22, 2016 by arbit Quote
NZEOD Posted November 22, 2016 Posted November 22, 2016 Aoshima do a 1/72 JDF Wheeled Tank thats no way in hell 1/72, more like 1/87! I got it to use with some destroids and ground troops and the troops COULD fit in it if they lay down! My wife would be like, "what the heck!?" It is kinda a weird concept. - MT yeah... its a little messed up. Imagine your mum, wife, kids, gf or mother in law seeing it. Doubt they'd leave you to look after any kids alone. Quote
modelglue Posted November 23, 2016 Posted November 23, 2016 Does it indeed say 1/72 somewhere? I'm not one who can read any foreign language except for a few. Japanese is not on that short list. Quote
kajnrig Posted November 23, 2016 Posted November 23, 2016 I think technically it would be non-scale, right? Unless the VF is human-sized or the girl is 50 feet tall. ...which now I think of it wouldn't be at all out of place in that world. Quote

trojan_gambit Posted November 24, 2016 Posted November 24, 2016 It would be more interesting if in Battroid mode, the Valk disassemble and completely cover the Girl like an armor. The way it is now, it's just various Valk parts dangle at the Girl's back. Quote
Graham Posted February 19, 2017 Posted February 19, 2017 Wow, these are still a thing! After so long with no news, I thought they were vaporware. Quote
seti88 Posted February 19, 2017 Posted February 19, 2017 I still say they should have a freya figure wearing the valk...why use a generic girl when delta has a valk associated with each girl... Quote
MechTech Posted February 19, 2017 Posted February 19, 2017 The stuff we want goes to vaporware and the stuff like this makes it through. I'm confused!? As Arbit said, "this won't end well." - MT Quote
