(looking for kits) cheap small scaled MACROSS)

Im wondering what is the most avalible (and cheapest if possible) macross kits (SDF1) i know the revel kit is nice looking but the price is a bit high.

the Yamato kits are very expensive (the resin kits i mean) im looking for a tv acurate macross model kit for a small project (macross island diorama)

any suggestions?

Finding the TV version that's cheap, available, and accurate is the hard part. What type of scale are you looking for? I'd say just buy yourself the Megahouse toy though i don't think the arms can come off and the proportions are off.
