Radioguy Posted February 12, 2023 Posted February 12, 2023 (edited) Glorious. 😃 Not to beat a dead horse, but I'd guess if anyone was to do a custom VF-1J in ROBOTECH DEFENDERS "Axoid" colors (Blood Red/Black), @Kicker773 would be the guy. Hell, if I can't do it, I sure as hell will tempt someone else to. 😄 Edited February 12, 2023 by Radioguy Quote
Kicker773 Posted February 12, 2023 Posted February 12, 2023 Nope I don’t do the customs. A few members on here did it at one point. Will probably start to them soon now that I’ve been practicing with airbrushes. Quote
nightmareB4macross Posted February 13, 2023 Posted February 13, 2023 @Kicker773 Thanks for sharing your awesome figures! Quote
Robin-11 Posted February 13, 2023 Posted February 13, 2023 Everytime i look at VF-1 customs like the ones in the previous pages i always think about how many possibilities there would be for some "gaiden" or parralel story set into the timeframe of the SDFM series. A show or a manga that would tell the stories of other squadrons, possibly with a little bit more action and less love songs(only for this occasion). Quote
nightmareB4macross Posted February 14, 2023 Posted February 14, 2023 Not 1/48, but it’s still cool. Quote

Mog Posted February 14, 2023 Posted February 14, 2023 Minmay Guard schemes. Considering they put Sheryl on a VF-171, it’s not without precedent. But would Bandai be able to pull them off with the skill and care that the old master customizers once did on these boards? Quote
Kurt Posted February 14, 2023 Posted February 14, 2023 Well those sure look familiar....and brings back memories.  Quote

Auto Pilot Off Posted September 2, 2023 Posted September 2, 2023 Hi everyone, i just took out my 1/48 to display again. Quote
MKT Posted September 2, 2023 Posted September 2, 2023 Outside the 1/55 chunkies, 1/48 Yammies still have lots of charm & relevance today despite the various newer VF-1 releases after it. Quote
