The Macross fanclub is adding some more details to their character bios.

Each character is getting an additional line of text to their bios, as well as a side and back view (no doubt to help cosplayers).

One character is being updated per day.

Since the thread with the older character bios is locked, i'll be posting each updates profile here for ease of access.
If you want to speculate about the characters, please do so over in one of the other Delta threads so we don't unnecessarily clutter this one up. Thanx!

The ‘Ace Vocalist’ of Tactical Sound Unit WALKURE. Her past, background and private life are shrouded in mystery. Possessing a voice that has a soothing effect on the Var Syndrome, she is Chaos’s trump card.

Leader of the Tactical Sound Unit WALKURE. She deftly handles team management, including scheduling and briefings, and is a kind of big-sister figure to the other members. She originally made her debut as a (regular) idol singer.

Member of Tactical Sound Unit WALKURE and by far the frilliest, she is the team’s mechanic specialist. Has a tendency to name and fawn over mecha that she particularly likes. Is close to fellow WALKURE member Reina in an almost sibling-like manner. The two also live together.

The mischievous youngest member of the team. Raised by his five sisters.

He originally trained under Hellmann, and is often admonished for still referring to him as “Master” out of habit.

A young man who speaks his mind and can be a little blunt at times.

Possesses an amazing sense of rhythm, but does not realize it.

With no specific goal or aspirations, he wanders the galaxy. The pendant he wears is a keepsake from his father.

Is allergic to cats.

Height: 164.5cm

The only female in Delta squadron. As a pilot, has a lot of pride for her profession however she is also rather serious and inflexible. Due to her personality she has yet to experience romance. Mirage was a pilot in (New) U.N Spacy before being scouted by Arad for Chaos.

Originally from the planet Raguna. The ‘mood maker’ of Delta Squadron. A bit of a joker, he always goes for the ladies but they rarely respond in kind. Together with his four siblings, he runs the ‘RaguNyanNyan’ restaurant.

Delta Squadron Commander. Both patient yet strict, he is the dependable big brother type.

Tasked with selecting members for Delta Squadron, which carries out operations together with Walkure, he has assembled a group of pilots that are highly skilled if somewhat idiosyncratic. He was previously a member of (New?) U.N Spacy.

Half Zentraedi, half human, he is the Captain of the Elysium, the Macross-class ship of the Raguna branch of Chaos. He also teaches hand-to-hand combat.

Still too early for that sort of information unfortunately.

Depending on the official romanization, it could also be the Elysian. We wont know for a while I daresay.

I just asked because I got a strong SMS vibe from what I know about Chaos. They are privately funded (Lady M), seem to have a strong (military) hierarchy, recruit non military assets (Hayate), have a Macross Quarter ship and cutting edge tech (VF-31s and boomerang drones) while the NUNS still fly around in VF-171s. Not that this is inherently bad I just wished for less similarities with Frontier.

However, as you said it it much too early to tell what is going on.

Maybe they're just being lazy and that truly is all there is to the character. "We need another guy to have six". "Well, just make him cold and emotionless, but give him the coolest paint scheme to sell toys". Boom, character in an hour.

Better yet. Yeah I saw Top Gun and "Iceman" was such a cool character, let's put him in our anime...

Just like in real life, with McDonald's in Illinois, and MacDonald's in the Cayman Islands.

Both were independent restaurants in business before the international company expanded into their area, both were sued by the major international company, and in both cases the courts affirmed they have rights to the name in their market.

It's funny you bring this up because I'm literally sitting about a block away from MacDonalds Cayman right now

BTW does anyone know if there have been anymore detailed profiles of the characters posted anywhere? Just curious if there's more backstory or specifics about them.
