The arm spine doesnt just host the whole the arm but the shoulders as well. Shoulders are back to back to eack other on the middle of the spine . 2. The right arm seems to have 2 twin miniguns up its sleeve. 3. air intakes form the chest! yes its true! Quote

Reveal hidden contents i notice the commander head is actually the nose cone pointed forward! The CFs have their head pointing up wards instead. PLUS how would the DX reveal those ultron eyes! On second look, it seems like (what's left of) the rear fuselage + arm assembly slides forward while the forward fuselage and legs rotate down. The nosecone becomes the head(?), the cockpit is... I dunno, and the wings fold down to cover the back. Though why they're inverted (forward edges facing downward) I still can't wrap my head around. Clearly they left the full transformation sequence out of frame on purpose. Quote
