Thanks for uploading Toys TV HK's review up @Darth Mingus..

It looks better on Chucky as the colour blends well along with the monocle Cyclops eye and they also approved on it.  

Going to use the arm attachments when setting up to be on the safe side.

4.5k yen for a 2 kg box of molded Silpheed Armour parts. Going to put it on Chucky (with mismatched numbers and colours) upon getting it and having the time to assemble it. If the Supers get made for Chuck, I'll most likely get it.

Hmm... I wonder how the Silpheed Armour looks on Mirage's 31c. A quick kit bash in the making...

I got the preparation in progress for the FA Zambot 3 from NY which releases on 8-24. Hopefully the Armor parts as well which I ordered from them.

I know this is a bit old news with the focus on the recent Chuck release and armored packs coming up apparently but I haven't kept up on this thread so two questions:

Did the VF-31A ever get super parts and regardless how difficult would it be to get 31F super parts now outside of a private sale (which I may look into)? Same question if the 31A has any I suppose.

Getting Messer supers will probably require paying a bit and/or waiting for some to show on Mandarake or Jungle.

Not really surprising on the last part, I just figured I'd ask. 

It does seem a weird oversight on the 31A but it was a special I suppose.

I think they just haven't announced it yet. Some people suspect that we'll get an armored pack for the 31A instead of supers. I would totally be down with that.

Same here. And for how much one Armor Pack costs, I decided on just getting one. And if Bandai decided not to release the rest of the Super Packs for Arad's, Chuck's, and Kairos', so be it. I already like the Siegfrieds as is.

There is a set of Messer's Supers up for grabs on Amiami (Used/Pre-owned) Item A, Box B for approximately 20k yen.

No update on my armors from either AE or NY...

Well, I just put the armored pack on my Arad.

It's big, holds together fairly well, and goes on pretty easy. The only part I had issues with falling off was the left vent-cover.

The new stand is beefed up all across the board. Seriously, every part except the hexagonal base is beefier.

 

My only nit-pick is that one of my chainguns is sagging slightly, so they're not even on both sides. I'm unsure if this is an issue with the VF or the armor pack. I'll see if swapping them out from my other armor set yields the same.

 

From the design side, it looks like it was very much designed to work and display in battroid, but it doesn't look too bad in fighter. By default it says to point the back cannons backwards, but you can flip them over so they point forwards.

Didn't even watch Delta after the beating it took on the boards, but I cannot reconcile if I find the Armor sexy, or gratuitous.

Same here. I preordered from AE right after their listing went live. Radio silence. They had a banner on their site last week saying that they were closed for Obon, so they're likely way behind on processing orders. I did notice that NY finally changed the status of their listing to "Not Available," so maybe they received their shipment and are processing orders right now. Think I'll go back to using a proxy for TWE items. Price is about the same and you get your item faster.

Just my opinion, but the orange is so at odds with the rest of any of the 31’s. It’s like wearing an Armani suit then putting a hunting vest on

Ozma VF-25S wears the AP’s so much better.  The VF-31S looks too gundamy with the AP’s.  To each their own.

Dat fighter mode... does it lock up solid?  I ordered from NY, can't wait to put it on my -31S (haven't even opened that valk... waiting for the armor  )

I just sent an inquiry to AE yesterday about the release date for the armor pack and they replied stating that they will be releasing their stock on the 26th. Hopefully they process their orders quickly (unlike certain vendors *cough* NY *cough*).

Thanks for doing that! I was going to wait a few more days then do the same, but I'll instead keep an eye out for a message from them on the 26th. Can't wait to armor up my Arad.

Exactly! I'm not thrilled about the 5200 JPY "fast" shipping charge, but it could have been much worse. The "economy" shipping option was only 200 JPY less, so it didn't make sense to choose that one.
