Kanedas Bike Posted March 4, 2017 Posted March 4, 2017 ^Soooooo accurate. Especially Aliens vs. IDIOTS. -b.
spanner Posted March 6, 2017 Posted March 6, 2017 hate to bring up a sore topic but im still sooo bummed about Bill Paxton.. I watched Aliens over the weekend and I actually got a bit teary at some scenes! geez im getting so easily emotional in my older age..
myk Posted March 7, 2017 Posted March 7, 2017 You're not the only one brother. Ever since I saw aliens back in the 80's I would throw out Hudson quotes whenever it was appropriate in my life. I've always been used to the idea of bill Paxton/Hudson being around. I'll never get used to the idea of his death...
TangledThorns Posted March 7, 2017 Posted March 7, 2017 Yeah... I'd have to Bill Paxton's death impacted me more than any celebrity. He was so easy to relate too.
peter Posted March 9, 2017 Posted March 9, 2017 (edited) “I remember that it was his first time at Comic-Con and he was so jazzed to be there, was taking in every moment. Later that night, we met him again at a bar and he told us about how Tom Cruise made him say his iconic ‘Game over, man!’ while in Hall H and the crowd went wild. His face held genuine joy and appreciation. In the short time I spent with him, he made me feel like the most appreciated fan he’d ever met. My logic knows otherwise, but that was part of his talent.” Edited March 9, 2017 by peter
electric indigo Posted March 12, 2017 Posted March 12, 2017 Michael Fassbender is the Logan of the Alien franchise...
technoblue Posted March 12, 2017 Posted March 12, 2017 So AMD was behind the crappy AI that placed the importance of corporations above that of human lives? Damn. I didn't see that one coming. Now I have to wonder, was Bishop mk. 1 the result of some performance dip? The Bulldozer of our AI future?

renegadeleader1 Posted March 25, 2017 Posted March 25, 2017 (edited) Wasn't this the same or similar to mural that was in the publicity for Prometheus? Just less detailed? Edited March 25, 2017 by renegadeleader1

sketchley Posted March 26, 2017 Posted March 26, 2017 There's only so many variations on the theme that they can do. Nevertheless, looking at the posters for clues, we have the Engineers being mobbed by Aliens. And is that a Queen poking her head out of the bunch (upper middle)?
Negotiator Posted March 27, 2017 Posted March 27, 2017 is a queen even cannon to Ridley or anything that Cameron setup?

TangledThorns Posted April 3, 2017 Posted April 3, 2017 Looks decent enough. Odd that we don't see more of James Franco unless his character dies very early?
Golden Arms Posted April 3, 2017 Posted April 3, 2017 Damn I can't wait!! I wonder if the deacon will square off against the Xenomorph.
derex3592 Posted April 4, 2017 Posted April 4, 2017 Soooo....I guess I'm gonna have to make myself watch Promethius again before I go see this...cause I really don't remember a lot.
reddsun1 Posted April 4, 2017 Posted April 4, 2017 Still bummed about the loss of Bill Paxton... Honestly, it's gonna be hard as f**k to take this movie seriously, knowing that James Franco and Danny McBride are going to be in it.
sh9000 Posted April 4, 2017 Posted April 4, 2017 James Franco can do a serious role. I could care less about Danny McBride and I hope his character dies early in the movie.
Phobos Posted April 4, 2017 Posted April 4, 2017 John Denver was an interesting choice. The more marketing I see for this movie, the less enthusiastic I am about it, although I can't put my finger on why exactly.
