VF-1S Alpha Posted January 6, 2004 Posted January 6, 2004 Galaxina! Anyone seen this movie? It's my vote for the worst story, but I can't complain about her... Quote
Isamu Atreides 86 Posted January 6, 2004 Posted January 6, 2004 shes got the michelle pfeiffer haircut from Scarface.... Quote
JsARCLIGHT Posted January 6, 2004 Posted January 6, 2004 Actually it is more correct to say that Michelle Pfeiffer had a Galaxina haircut in Scarface as Galaxina came out in 1980 and Scarface graced the screen in 1983... ... I must now go shoot myself in the head for being the world's biggest geek... Quote
Warmaker Posted January 6, 2004 Posted January 6, 2004 Army of Darkness was great! "Good, bad... I'm the guy with the gun" "Shop smart, shop S-mart!" Total Recall: more of Arnie's one-liners (After Arnie shoots Sharon Stone's character in the head) "Consider that a divorce!" ... not to mention I thought Stone looked hot in the movie, BTW. Any of the old Godzilla movies were good fun too. God bless that man in the rubber suit! The 80's were a great spawning ground of bad sci-fi films, that's for sure. Also, I depart with some of my favorite parts of Spaceballs: "So, I see your schwartz is as big as mine. Yogurt has taught you well." Mel Brooks:"You didn't see anything, did you?" Officer:"No sir, I didn't see you playing with your dolls again." And best of all.... LUDICROUS SPEED!!! Quote
Jolly Rogers Posted January 6, 2004 Posted January 6, 2004 Army of Darkness was great!"Good, bad... I'm the guy with the gun" "Shop smart, shop S-mart!" No AoD quote is complete without... "Gimme some sugar, baby!" Quote

Max Jenius Posted January 6, 2004 Posted January 6, 2004 I dunno... seems to me that a lot of the old Godzilla films are boring... at least until the fight at the end. Quote
KingNor Posted January 6, 2004 Posted January 6, 2004 my girlfriend got me the Dragon Pink movies... oh.. you didnt' mean dirty that way did you... Quote
Abombz!! Posted January 6, 2004 Posted January 6, 2004 Mad Max wasn't bad!! You have heard the american sound dub, right? Compare that to the original Aussie dialogue track and tell me you don't laugh every time you watch the americanized version... Considering I heard the portuguese dub before the american dub...... it was perfectly fine to me. But then again... the portuguese dub sounded as if they had recorded it in a bathroom with a bunch of ppl having an orgy and someone with diahrea(sp). <_< Quote
Vostok 7 Posted January 6, 2004 Posted January 6, 2004 the portuguese dub sounded as if they had recorded it in a bathroom with a bunch of ppl having an orgy and someone with diahrea(sp). Actually, I think that describes most foreign dubs. Vostok 7 Quote

Compare that to the original Aussie dialogue track and tell me you don't laugh every time you watch the americanized version... I dunno...I kind of liked the American version of Bubba Zanetti. He was flat and emotionless in a cool, Boba Fett kind of way. Quote
Vostok 7 Posted January 6, 2004 Posted January 6, 2004 Then you haven't watched many foreign dubs. Considering I only speak english, I think that's a fair bet Vostok 7 Quote

Jemstone Posted January 7, 2004 Posted January 7, 2004 ...Barbarrella anyone? About a guilty a pleasure as possible ... Barbarella, that is what I named the door knob on my appartment. Eh... I didn't list it because I've never really thought of it as "bad". It was just so 1960s and no more cheesier than any film of that day. Plus Jane Fonda makes up for alot of it I suppose. Quote
zeus the zentran Posted January 11, 2004 Posted January 11, 2004 What about the Roger Coman produced Android?I feel it was underrated.I like the scene with the android watching Metropolis(1920's version)with James Brown's It's a Man's world playing in the background. And Klauss Kinski is the man.He also gave the seed that made that hottie Natsha Kinski.
