Not sure if this is the appropriate forum, but here goes.

I've been picking up some of the Macross Master File books lately. I'm not really familiar with the history of that publication, but I was curious to find out how many of them have been published. So far, I know of the following:

VF-0 Phoenix

SDF-1 Macross Squadrons

VF-1 Valkyrie Part 1

VF-1 Valkyrie Part 2

VF-19 Excalibur

VF-22 SturmVögel II

VF-25 Messiah

Are there any more planned?

So far that is it...in terms of editions dedicated to primarily one VF....

There is another one that was just released, but it is more of an illustrated story of sorts.....the thread for that on is here....

I would say this is not the appropriate forum...as this is mostly a place to post "collections" of different things in various categories...for example, there is a dedicated "books" topic within the collectors forum....but it is mostly to post pics and not much discussion.....but this topic would perhaps have been the best place to "ask" about what is available....

...but "discussions" about books would probably get more visibility in the general Macross forums...here:

On page 108 in the VF-1 Master File Part 2, there's an image of another Master File book, which has the following printed:

VF-4 Lightning III

VF-3000 Crusader

VF-5000 Starmirage

Anyone know where I can get a hold of this? Can't find it on Amazon.

your translations are always appreciated....thanks!

Will you start up an Episode Archives section?

Prolly not. Right now, aside from finishing off a bit more of the books I've already started, I'm only considering taking a stab at a few sections in the VFMF: VF Modelling Manual.

so has there been any word on another Master File release? I think most will agree we do still need books covering the VF-4, VF-3000 & 5000, VF-9, VF-11, VF-17/171, YF-30, SV-51 & 52.

or a Master File on all the different Mecha! But I'd still prefer books on the Valkyries.

Cant wait! Will be interesting to see what other VF-4 variants they conjure up!

I'm wanting to see a 2-seater, and what their idea of FAST Packs for the VF-4 are... I like these ones.

Wonder if they'll put in a VE-4...

yeah will be interesting to see other variants and or modifications but a two seater I'd imagine would be a similar case to the VF-1D with only a slight lengthening of the cockpit to accommodate a second seat.. looking at the VF-4 design it doesn't really allow much room for a larger cockpit due to the transformation. Then again I could be wrong..
