80's Toy: Identification Help

Hi all,

So I have this Valk that I've had since I was a kid. I remember my grandad buying it for me in 1985. It seems to be some sort of a knockoff of a VF-1J. I can't seem to find any markings/dates/identification numbers on it. Any clues?

Tuve uno de esos cuando estaba en la escuela primaria.

I still have one, but mine's molded in dark blue. Mine only had the VF-1 stickers. I got it at the Dollar Store when I was a kid. At the time, I had no idea what Macross, or Robotech for that matter, was. Jetfire was my only reference to the VF-1.

Hehe! I went through so many of these things when I was a kid! I both loved and hated them as they broke and fell apart so easily but they were so cheap and available from our local supermarket that I just didn't care!

Gotta say i don't miss them one bit though..
