Mr March Posted March 22, 2015 Posted March 22, 2015 Hmmm, not bad. That plane stunt looks fun.I've long been eager to see the bowing-out of most of these aging action stars because their movies are utter diarrhea (the Expendables can eat choad). But I have to admit, Tom Cruise has produced a few action vehicles in these last few years that - despite all they have going against them - have beaten the odds. Both Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol and Edge of Tomorrow/Live.Die.Repeat were surprisingly good and shockingly funny pieces of epic action entertainment. Maybe he can pull off a mid-50s hat trick with this one. Despite being an intellectual basket case, I gotta respect the guy for showing up nearly all his action contemporaries. Quote

505thAirborne Posted March 23, 2015 Posted March 23, 2015 I enjoyed the last movie and this one looks equally fun! Quote
Negotiator Posted March 23, 2015 Posted March 23, 2015 Tom's always doing alot of his stunts. I've enjoyed all the M.I movies so far and this one looks fun too. I don't know how I feel about him personally (i don't care to put any effort into it), but I do respect the work he puts into his movies...good or bad. didn't like the clone one, but enjoyed edge of tmw. UN Spacy Posted March 23, 2015 Posted March 23, 2015 IFL...but wheres the eye candy? Too bad Maggie Q and/or Paula Patton aren't back. Quote
TangledThorns Posted March 23, 2015 Posted March 23, 2015 I'll say it again, I think Tom Cruise should have a large role in a Star Wars sequel/spin-off. He does sci-fi action better than most actors today. Quote
peter Posted March 23, 2015 Posted March 23, 2015 And that actually is Tom Cruise hanging on the side of an Airbus 400M Ho Lee Fuk, that's awesome. He's a bit nutty when it comes to his personal life, but jeezuz that guy does his job well. I really liked his last few movies too: MI4, Edge of Tomorrow, Oblivion.. Quote
aerocombatpilot Posted March 23, 2015 Posted March 23, 2015 Oh great! Another agent Tom "I'm the most freaking important member of the IMF since it's creation" Cruise is going to do all these insane stunts with a new female agent while 3 others sit around and watch him. Screw that, I'll re-watch ALL the TV episodes again..TWICE!! Quote

Dynaman Posted October 8, 2015 Posted October 8, 2015 Last time Tom Cruise was on the Daily Show he said they were working on a 6th MI film, so you're in luck! Was he jumping up and down on the couch while doing so? On a serious note - so far I have liked all the MI movies except some parts of the first one so will be happy to see another. Quote
