Although i knew he had been in relatively poor health as of late, his passing was unexpected (and for his many, many fans, truely unwanted).

*salutes*

Our world is most certainly for the worse, with his passing. Heaven, on the other hand, is likely having a Kareoki Night for Mr Nimoy's arrival...

He's probably the most well known Sci-Fi actor in the world. We lost the most beloved character of Mr. Spock.

Rest in peace sir, and enjoy your next frontier.

I can't believe he's gone. I grew up watching his television exploits and always considered he and his work to be part of the architecture of my life.

I hate getting older. Some people say aging, life is a voyage of undiscovered country and self-realization, but the only thing I've noticed is the constant of death. RIP Mr. Nimoy...

Found out on my way home from work. A sad day for sci fi. A true icon not just for Star Trek but for Hollywood in general.

They need to make a bronze statue at Paramount Studios.

That makes only four TOS main cast left now :(

A great actor and a true SF icon. He will be missed......

I've been dragged down too much lately when it comes to death and mourning. First my ex boss, then a former employee, and now Leonard Nemoy. I'm tired of it so with Mr. Spock I'm going to celebrate his life and the joy he brought us all by highlighting moments like this:

Rest in peace Mr Spock.

I'm no Trek fan but this is some sad news. :(

For me and many others, when we think of Trek, we think of Spock.

RIP Mr Nimoy. You brought so much joy into many Scifi fans the world over.
