Stickers for the VF-1s Bandai

Hi, i have the VF-1S Strike Valkyrie Focker Type (1990 2nd release) scale 1/100 of bandai, but i can´t (or i don't know) put the stickers (if they are stickers) to the valkyrie,i can't give off the stickers, they are very thin and the instructions are on japanese.

You have to cut the decals then soak them in water....if that's what you mean.
