Wow sh9000, you literally have twice as many monsters as fit at the bow of the Daedulus for it's attack!

That might be even as many as existed on the SDF-1.

Geez, that's a common assumption.

I'll post the screengrab myself this time, and save sh9000 the trouble:

Dang! And that's what I get by looking up badly encoded vids on youtube.

The ones in the back must be standing on some really strong crates!

Those crates are made by the same people who make crates for the Mars colony in DOOM.  Completely indestructible.

Another Monster popped up on Mandrake for 18,000Y. I didn't hesitate this time!

Wise move. Expect the cheapest shipping to be around $50 though. Either way, worth it!

I got four more things. You know, to save on shipping.:p

I got the VF-1J GBP and a VF-1S Focker with S&S parts (from the HMR line) too.

Excellent move! The HMR GBP is a fantastic piece! So well done. I hope they make more variants of it.

I think the HMR GBP is to date, the finest implemetation of the armor out of all the different releases inluding the 1/48 and 1/60 Yamato designs (although the valk itself, I prefer the big boys). Everything fits together like butter and it is nice and solid when finished.

That’s going to be a very nice package coming in.

Tamashii nations has an area for hi metal, so answer is no. HMR is not dead.

Now whether that is macross HMR or not...but still too early to say. Wait a month to find out!

There is a Hi Metal R SDF-1???

Or is that the Megahouse?

Yeah, that's the MegaHouse -- a totally different line, from a totally different manufacturer, at a totally different scale.

I mean, I'm not one to tell people how to display their toys, but.... seriously?

just looks too plain when compared to the flashback version.  I can’t unsee how plain it looks.  I would have bought it if it was released first.
