spanner Posted February 15, 2016 Posted February 15, 2016 Any time I hope. Maybe this March or end of February. I certainly hope its soon! Im eager to get one secured! I've wanted a HWR-00-MKII Monster for sooo many years now and the wait is finally over! Its just a shame it never came in 1:60 scale.. but the Hi-Metal R version will suffice. Quote
anime52k8 Posted February 15, 2016 Posted February 15, 2016 I wanna say who would realistically buy a monster that's the size of a coffee table, but I realize giant ass toys are getting really mainstream now. Quote
Renato Posted February 15, 2016 Posted February 15, 2016 Actually, I think it's around the same size as the Yamato Koenig, if I remember correctly. Quote
Scyla Posted February 15, 2016 Posted February 15, 2016 (edited) I think he means a hypothetical 1/60 Koenig Monster. [edit:]Just a Monster. Edited February 15, 2016 by Scyla Quote

Mr Bomber Posted February 15, 2016 Posted February 15, 2016 I wanna say who would realistically buy a monster that's the size of a coffee table, but I realize giant ass toys are getting really mainstream now. I have a coffee table available for a monster to fit on it anytime! Quote

In 1:60 scale it would stand nearly 40cm high!! How friggin awesome would it be!! Not quite as big as a coffee table but you'd probably want to display it on one! Id be all for it! Quote
Big s Posted February 15, 2016 Posted February 15, 2016 I think the major issue about a 1/60 scale monster isn't height as much as length and width. The top cannons and arms would just be in the way any where I could think to display it. If I had a bigger place and $600or more to spend on a toy, I would love to have one. Quote

At that size it would be the stand for a coffee table, which would be awesome.. someone needs to mass produce some out of wood Quote

Kanedas Bike Posted February 17, 2016 Posted February 17, 2016 That is a creepy avatar Exo! For real. But it's old school, he must have decided to bring it out of retirement. BTW, I'm beyond ready for the Hi-M R VF-1S Focker to be released. Especially since I already paid N-Y for it. -b. Quote

Let's all hope this one doesn't disappoint Is anyone else banking on a separate release for the light and heavy missile versions? Quote

spanner Posted February 18, 2016 Posted February 18, 2016 (edited) I found this! would these guys simply be jumping the gun a little or would this be legit? Has anyone seen any other sites already advertising pre-orders for the Monster? http://203.135.134.135/shop_ud/store/index.php?route=product/product&product_id=811 Edited February 18, 2016 by spanner76 Quote
wmkjr Posted February 18, 2016 Posted February 18, 2016 I would never trust a site that said it's in stock but shows a release date later. Quote
no3Ljm Posted February 18, 2016 Posted February 18, 2016 That's ToysBuddyHK website. I tried asking Gundam@EFSF months ago since he's also based in HK, and I want to preorder something, but he didn't reply yet. Anyone ever purchased on that site? Quote

spanner Posted February 19, 2016 Posted February 19, 2016 Its funny that they are pretty much the only ones accepting pre-orders.. I couldn't find any other website doing so. Does seem a bit dodgy and never heard of them before. I wouldn't ever order from them.. Quote
spanner Posted February 19, 2016 Posted February 19, 2016 http://tamashii.jp/special/pickup/201607ggdg/ dang that thing looks friggin hot!!! Quote
