MKT Posted October 20, 2023 Posted October 20, 2023 Regarding the pilots, I'm taking a step back and just thankful that the HMR have any pilots at all. It seems that having pilots is not a standard practice for any toys at this 1/100 scale, and are sorely missed when they aren't included. Just got notice from proxy that Kakizaki has arrived. Now I'm regretting decision to ordering Max from somewhere else so can't combine shipping. Quote

It's because they are being stupidly faithful to bad animation, and they keep looking at the frames where the pilots actually were microscopic, instead of deciding to use a brain cell and make something that actually makes sense. Funny, that's even one of the better looking stills from that episode, but having that much space in the cockpit, let alone carrying a baby in her lap, is absolutely insane.
