Pedro2k6 Posted June 22, 2014 Posted June 22, 2014 Nice to see a football fan here Hell yeah....Vamos Chile ....we can win this world cup. Sorry for the of topic. Back on track....I don't know if I get this but is growing on me. Quote
KH355hamdi Posted June 22, 2014 Posted June 22, 2014 Question. How big is that thing? I asked about the VF-25F because I secretly wished that it was a DX. The Monster would then truly be gigantic Next to the 1/60 DX. Quote
Loop Posted June 22, 2014 Posted June 22, 2014 Yep the monster was meant to scale with the Robot Damashii <Side VF>. We all got kinda screwed though as they did not finish out the series. They had an Ozma armored version that got cancelled and I never saw any mention of Luca. So I ended up getting Pixie squad, Alto Super and Michael Super. Quote
ULessa Posted June 22, 2014 Posted June 22, 2014 Aww, wish it was at least a bit bigger than the VFs. Looks kinda silly next to a 1/60 Valk. I am jealous of your collection there. Quote
Tking22 Posted June 22, 2014 Posted June 22, 2014 Didn't want one before, don't need one now, easy pass. Quote
Benson13 Posted June 23, 2014 Posted June 23, 2014 So if it's a web exclusive, where do you go to PO it? Never pre-ordered valks. I tried to see if anyone answered your question and didn't see a reply so I'll answer. If you're in Japan you just order it through their website (I assume), but if you're outside of Japan you'll have to go through Nippon-Yasan or some other 3rd party who can order it and then ship it to you. Quote
ULessa Posted June 23, 2014 Posted June 23, 2014 A side note is that for most Hobby stores in Asia (Not sure if its the same elsewhere) they WILL order in Tamashii Web exclusive stuff for sure just because its a Web exclusive. Quote

ULessa Posted June 23, 2014 Posted June 23, 2014 though in the case of my local hobby stores, the web exclusives are severely marked up, making import ultimately the better choice Things do get marked up but considering the shipping fees and import tax, the mark up isn't that bad. Quote
barurutor Posted June 23, 2014 Posted June 23, 2014 (edited) To celebrate this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wlT6RRvJSdw Awesome music on this video, anybody got artist/song info? EDIT: it's Monster by Pink Lady LOL. Edited June 23, 2014 by barurutor Quote
Sandman Posted June 23, 2014 Posted June 23, 2014 Ok Bandai is really now just trolling us by not rereleasing the VF-25s and rereleasinv the monster instead. Quote
Scyla Posted June 23, 2014 Posted June 23, 2014 Well everyone that has a VF-25S and missed out on the Koenig Monster is glad that they reissuing this monster. Quote
Kanedas Bike Posted June 23, 2014 Posted June 23, 2014 Ok Bandai is really now just trolling us by not rereleasing the VF-25s and rereleasinv the monster instead. Right! -b. Quote
Mizicke5273 Posted June 23, 2014 Posted June 23, 2014 I don't recall seeing it mentioned or asked already, but is there going to be two different versions? Or are there different graphics on each side, one of Ranka and one of Sheryl? Quote
Scyla Posted June 23, 2014 Posted June 23, 2014 I got the impression that it will have Sheryl on one side of the fuselage and Ranka on the other. Quote
Shukenzero Posted June 23, 2014 Posted June 23, 2014 Right! -b. Just makes me think that they r ready to get the new anime valks out, and doing an Ozma reissue is looking more grim by the month. Sure we've still got december's slot for a valk release, but the second Alto reissue seems to support a no-show for other reissues. Quote
charger69 Posted June 23, 2014 Posted June 23, 2014 (edited) I got the impression that it will have Sheryl on one side of the fuselage and Ranka on the other.Same as in SRW game. Edited June 23, 2014 by charger69 Quote

Treehill Posted June 24, 2014 Posted June 24, 2014 I think the release has been postponed. I tried to translate using google translator but not 100% clear. To my understanding it seem like postponed. The tamashii exclusive website also do not have this product to be release in the month of Nov 2014. See link below: http://sp.tamashii.jp/importance/84 Quote

VF-Zer0S Posted June 24, 2014 Posted June 24, 2014 This is good on my wallet but I hope they don't cancel it either. Quote
wm cheng Posted June 24, 2014 Posted June 24, 2014 So was there anything wrong with this release that would warrant a "renewal"? Quote
Scyla Posted June 24, 2014 Posted June 24, 2014 Well it had no landing gear, no cockpit and iirc some of the joints in the arms where prone of developing stress marks. Has someone a confirmation that this release will be different in any way engineering wise? Quote
skullmilitia Posted June 25, 2014 Posted June 25, 2014 Maybe they are switching to a 1/60 tooling lololol. Quote
Scyla Posted June 25, 2014 Posted June 25, 2014 So they are releasing two color variants one from the movie and one from the show? I missed that completely. Are both versions gonna be a web shop exclusive? Quote
charger69 Posted June 25, 2014 Posted June 25, 2014 (edited) Single product with different nose arts on both sides. Check the video that I gave the link. Edited June 25, 2014 by charger69 Quote
Scyla Posted June 25, 2014 Posted June 25, 2014 Ok so I might be terribly wrong but the first images show the Koenig Monster in a greenish color (more like the Yamato release) now this image he look more brownish like the previous version. The picture in the first post show two Koenig Monsters with different colors. At first glance I thought that this was to compare the new release with the old one. But now it seems like that there are two color variants with the same nose art. Maybe I'm colorblind and don't know it yet. Quote
