CoryHolmes Posted April 24, 2014 Posted April 24, 2014 That's all? In that case, I'll take two Bioroids and two Hovertanks. One of each rank Quote
neptunesurvey Posted April 24, 2014 Posted April 24, 2014 The plan is to sell them all with the Bioroid Assualt Ship so you can make one big happy battle. Quote
CoryHolmes Posted April 24, 2014 Posted April 24, 2014 Welp. That sounds bigger than just one kidney! ... ... ... I don't need TWO lungs, do I? Quote
sbantonelli Posted April 24, 2014 Posted April 24, 2014 Considering all the organs I have two off, that's cheap! Quote
tundrayeti Posted April 24, 2014 Posted April 24, 2014 Well folks, what we have going on is a very passionate effort between several MacrossWorld members. The talent here on macrossworld is absolutely amazing and over the last few years I've made some very good friends. This is the first time that I can recall that we have a considerable group of fans that are getting together and pooling their talents to produce, well the cool stuff we have always wanted to have but no big name company will ever touch. This year will be very exciting. It only going to get bigger and better. Quote
EXO Posted April 25, 2014 Author Posted April 25, 2014 Wow Bioroid troop carrier looks fantastic. Looking forward to ordering these kits. BTW, will there be the cannon fodder Blue Bioroids? Am I blooooo.... Yes I'm bloooooo..... Quote
cool8or Posted April 25, 2014 Posted April 25, 2014 I wish you a lot of luck guys... Your projects have my attention!! Quote
EXO Posted April 25, 2014 Author Posted April 25, 2014 Don't worry cool8or... we'll have something for you down the line. Quote
DarrinG Posted April 25, 2014 Posted April 25, 2014 We also take requests... Lol How about a 1/60 VC-33? Quote
neptunesurvey Posted April 25, 2014 Posted April 25, 2014 We also take requests... Lol That does not include me. I will take ideas and suggestions. Quote
tundrayeti Posted April 25, 2014 Posted April 25, 2014 Well taking requests is one thing. Paying for them is something else. Quote
CoryHolmes Posted April 26, 2014 Posted April 26, 2014 Ain't that the truth But I'll request a 1/48 three-mode hovertank. Doesn't have to transform, but buildable in 3 poses. Now then, I've already sold a kidney and lung... Could I mortgage my liver? Anyone want a more or less healthy liver???? Quote
varitechs Posted April 26, 2014 Posted April 26, 2014 But I'll request a 1/48 three-mode hovertank. Me too..... Quote
renegadeleader1 Posted April 26, 2014 Posted April 26, 2014 We also take requests... Lol Completely unrelated, but how about the mecha from the SNES game Metal Warriors like the Nitro? Quote

Now then, I've already sold a kidney and lung... Could I mortgage my liver? Anyone want a more or less healthy liver???? Taking requests is one thing but happy coincidences are entirely possible. Remember, my scale is 1/48 and Neptune's is 1/72. And while some things might have to be reworked, these happen to be digital files that can be scaled up and down. (hint) Just don't expect the Sheldo in any of those scales... lol. Quote
Tober Posted April 26, 2014 Posted April 26, 2014 Southern Cross 1/48 Bioroids and Hovertanks (transformable or otherwise) will be amazing to have. Are you going to do the Worker and Inbit Ternimator Bioroids too? Quote
CoryHolmes Posted April 26, 2014 Posted April 26, 2014 There was a push to get Captain America on these boards to do a kit of the VHT like his Alpha / Legioss kit. We fell just short of the preorders needed to get it going. Quote

Are you going to do the Worker and Inbit Ternimator Bioroids too? Funny thing is that EXO and I have discuss the possibility of a 1/48 hovertank buildable in one of 3 poses earlier this week. Inbit Terminator BIoroid in 1/350 yes, Quote

EXO Posted April 28, 2014 Author Posted April 28, 2014 5" (12.7cm) tall in robot and 4.75(12.05cm) length in tank mode isn't bad. Better than what we have now. Quote
varitechs Posted April 28, 2014 Posted April 28, 2014 it's small but perfect to match with our collections Quote

I was unaware of any pre-order interest thread. Maybe try it again now... Quote
varitechs Posted April 28, 2014 Posted April 28, 2014 Perhaps it will be interesting to create a sort of "mailing list" for fans who's love macross/mospeada/Southern Cross resin kit.... Quote
CoryHolmes Posted April 29, 2014 Posted April 29, 2014 Only 6" Well, that's not bad. It would probably keep the costs manageable. That way I could aquire one for each mode Quote
tundrayeti Posted April 29, 2014 Posted April 29, 2014 New 3d printing technology is going to make a lot of this stuff very cheap and feasible. I'm beta testing a new printer that prints in 25 micron layers. And the print material is reasonable to the point where printing the small stuff is more cost effective than making molds and casting. I'll know more once I get it in a week or so. Quote

coronadlux Posted April 30, 2014 Posted April 30, 2014 Can I just say, Exo, your 3D skills are awesome. Making me jealous. Can I just order a kidney from shapeways? I'm already down to 1. Quote
