I'd have to say it is eyeballed at this point. When I made the Legioss the offical size, it was too big next to the tread. so I decreased the size of the Legioss by 10%. the tread is at the proper size it should be. which is why I didn't increase it.

I was wondering if there is any word on these projects. I am the proud owner of the garfish, Bioroid lander, bugeye, and Zentradi lander.

I was really hoping for a clam ship and some horizonts.

If the project has stalled due to a lack of demand I can see if I can get people together. I know every time I post pictures I get drooling and slathering responses all over other forums.

I'm still interested in these especially Zentradi lander and Inbit clam ship. Which ones have been produced?

Good questions, I checked Shapeways today but didn't find much under Robotech, Mospeada, or Southern Cross.

The garfish has been around for years. Both landers have been produced. I know because I have it up. So has the bugeye.

I know tundra yet he has some of the Bioroid landers available.

I am still trying to find out what's going on with the horizont and the clamshell.

The Monster should be about two months IF all goes well! I'll be contacting those interested in the original thread when ready. - MT

Here is a painted up horizon for you to see. I printed this out a Form2 and had to do a rush job on painting it for Wonderfest this weekend. My regular caster is busy with other projects so is not able to cast the horizon. I have a line on a new one so I hope to have some more news after Wonderfest. Enjoy the pictures.

Dude, that's sweet. Any plans to sell this kit?

Why not duplicate using the Form2 instead of casting? Is it just not cost-effective or not enough access to the Form2..?

Nice looking results though. :)

*happy sigh*

About how big is your Horizon? As in, how long?

Sorry for the delay, just returned from Wonderfest. It is 8 inches long and 9 inches wide. The Garfish is 13 inches long.

It takes 2 days to print all the parts for just one and then a few more days to prepare the parts, like trimming off the supports and sanding. It is just easier to make the master and get those parts casted.

Wow. From your pictures it looked to be the same size as the Robotech RPG Tactics minis. I guess it makes sense it'd be so large if it were in the same scale.

Sign me up for when you make these suckers available :D

Also, remember that recasted pieces are pre-sanded and the resin is a lot cheaper than the 3D printing resin. So you got a lot that's a lot smoother and costs less. Assuming that there's enough people investing in the kit.

Yikes, makes sense then. :)

That was my guess. :p

Clamship is still causing me headaches and finding a new reliable caster.

I am working on getting my horizont master back from the caster. I have also finished the decal sheet for the ht.

Invids and horizonts and hovertanks, for one giant fight scene! :) I'm disappointed by the RPG Tactics line thus far, so this will have to satiate my needs for Robotech generations battles!

Oh, and some bioroids, too.
