Valkyrie Hunter D Posted August 29, 2023 Author Posted August 29, 2023 Annoucement for a release date of Oct.5, 2023! Quote
Valkyrie Hunter D Posted October 6, 2023 Author Posted October 6, 2023 I'm torn. Should I download the FM2 remake for instant gratification or wait for a pre order of a physical copy to be delivered? Quote

The extra goodies that go with physical copy were kinda lame anyways. Edited October 7, 2023 by Valkyrie Hunter D Quote
Valkyrie Hunter D Posted October 12, 2023 Author Posted October 12, 2023 After putting in a couple of hours into FM2, I see it needs a little more polish. The translation so far isn't bad, but it's on the rough side. I've also run into some glaring typos, which I think is inexcusable with the ease of auto correction today. Minor niggles aside, the graphic upgrade is better than the one in the FM1 remake, and the sound effects are quite good. The combat scenes are more dynamic and flow much faster than those in the original game. Just a much better way to play FM2 than using a modded PS1 and a translated online script. Quote
Valkyrie Hunter D Posted December 24, 2023 Author Posted December 24, 2023 The 1st remake is gonna get some free single player and multiplayer content: I think I'm almost done with the FM2 remake. It's a difficult game for sure. Much harder than the first game. It just seems like the RNG has a bias for enemy actions. Quote
Big s Posted February 20 Posted February 20 I guess the little guy wasn’t enough, so now they’re doing 1/48 kits Quote

Yeah, it’s definitely something I like seeing. These kits aren’t gonna be cheap though. Hobbysearch has it for $79 on preorder. I’ll have to be more selective on these than I was with the little ones. Quote

Like "Metal Build" or "Hi Metal R" quality type toys. I don't have the skills or patience to assemble and paint kits anymore. Quote

With the price of their toys, a diecast toy would probably be a thousand dollars. as far as this kit, it may actually be a mostly simple build. The smaller zenith kits didn’t really have seam lines and this larger one seems to have more color separation and even colored eyes. I don’t know if other sensors are colored or not or if exactly how the construction is set yet, but it looks mostly like an upgrade to the little kit with even better articulation like moving toes. There’s a possibility of not requiring paint at all and may just be an easy slap together kit, but I’ll know more when it actually comes out Quote
Big s Posted February 24 Posted February 24 Thought I’d stick a few more images to show head options and articulation Quote
