DatterBoy Posted December 20, 2003 Posted December 20, 2003 So my wife and I were discussing this in bed one night, and ther eare a few trends we noticed about the Macross fan base here at Macrossworld and I wanted to do an "official" survey... Here is the second: Are you married? I'm gonna go ahead and sayi think that "yes" most folks here are married... because the fan base here are far from total toy geeks, and mech fanboys, but your average guy who happened to love the Robotech/Macross series and has taken it into their adult llife... :Dat Quote
NSJ23 Posted December 20, 2003 Posted December 20, 2003 Not yet, but I'm un-officially engaged. Quote

yellowlightman Posted December 20, 2003 Posted December 20, 2003 Er, shouldn't these polls be in the Other Anime & Sci-Fi section? Seems pretty out of place for the Toys section... Quote
grassland Posted December 20, 2003 Posted December 20, 2003 Hey Datterboy, its seems that you and your wife do alot of discussing on bed me just go married........... last of the 3 poll...... Quote
Graham Posted December 20, 2003 Posted December 20, 2003 Er, shouldn't these polls be in the Other Anime & Sci-Fi section? Seems pretty out of place for the Toys section... I'm going to have to agree. While there's nothing wrong with the topic, it really does not belong in the toys section. That is unless wives are considered toys Graham Quote

ewilen Posted December 20, 2003 Posted December 20, 2003 My wife and I will celebrate our third anniversary in May. She likes cartoons and anime--especially anything by Miyazaki, and the Lupin series. I even managed to addict her to SDF Macross. Quote
J A Dare Posted December 20, 2003 Posted December 20, 2003 Single. Problem is...there are so many women in the world. At least 3 billion last time I checked. Do I really have to choose only one wife? Quote
gnollman Posted December 20, 2003 Posted December 20, 2003 No marriage for me. Still happily single from my last gf.... dating occasionally, but nothing serious. I'm too selfish for a wife, I think..... or maybe it's independent.... Quote
bandit29 Posted December 20, 2003 Posted December 20, 2003 Married a little over a year but we've been together over 10 years. No kids just 2 dogs, 2 cats and 2 ferrets. Quote
J A Dare Posted December 20, 2003 Posted December 20, 2003 No kids just 2 dogs, 2 cats and 2 ferrets. Whoa! If you stacked them up (like Voltron), you could make a furry 6 year old child. Quote
NeoverseOmega Posted December 20, 2003 Posted December 20, 2003 (edited) I was married, then she had an affair with my best friend. Now her pictures get smashed and mangled under my valkyrie's feet periodically (not that I'm bitter or anything). Well, at least she still says I was a good husband, just not the right one for her.
