troyness Posted June 26, 2015 Posted June 26, 2015 I have spent a little while this evening trying to replicate some pictures. The first was posted on the macross world facebook a few weeks back. Made me want to pose a VF-1 kneeling. FB_IMG_1432393236570.jpg 20150625_213804.jpg The second followed seeing people mimicking raptor squad from jurassic world. I give you valkyrie squad chris-pratt-velociraptor-jurassic-world.jpg 20150625_213200.jpg seriously cool kneeling pose..I've always wondered how it was done..I see what you've done with the leg there!! Garfinkel Posted June 28, 2015 Posted June 28, 2015 Thanks guys, took quite a few tweaks to get it right. But now it is there its awesome. It also makes a lower level so valkyries behind it in my detolf can be seen. Quote
ChaoticYeti Posted July 17, 2015 Posted July 17, 2015 Your pictures are great! Keep them coming! FYI, the sides of the legs open up so you can tuck away the stabilizers. Quote
spanner Posted July 17, 2015 Posted July 17, 2015 Nice one! I think if there would ever be a VF-1 V3 having something like a double jointed knee would be an interesting addition, so you can bring the heels closer to his butt. It would also be nice if they had something like the Hi-Metals where you can spread the legs further apart because the hip joints expand. Buch better leg range/expression. Love the Velocivalks! geez! stop giving Arcadia ideas towards building a v3! that scares the hell out of me! Quote
Scyla Posted July 17, 2015 Posted July 17, 2015 Your pictures are great! Keep them coming! FYI, the sides of the legs open up so you can tuck away the stabilizers. It also seems like the pelvis doesn't juts out enough. Quote
sixtybucks Posted July 17, 2015 Posted July 17, 2015 geez! stop giving Arcadia ideas towards building a v3! that scares the hell out of me! Oh yeah, you would be in deep deep trouble, you know it. But don't worry, I think the chances of something like that happening are pretty much zero... at least from Arcadia. Quote

Saburo Posted August 7, 2015 Posted August 7, 2015 SHORYUKEN!!! Not original, but I had to... Nice! I was wondering when someone would do the Shoryuken pose. Quote
Valkyrie Driver Posted August 7, 2015 Posted August 7, 2015 (edited) Nice! I was wondering when someone would do the Shoryuken pose. Thanks! As soon as I got the toy it was one of the first things i had to do. Though VF5SS did do it first, and I think he managed it better in his text review on Collection DX: But that's probably because he's had more than 30 minutes with the toy and has more than just his coffee table and a camera phone... Keiichi Posted August 29, 2015 Posted August 29, 2015 After practicing with the YF-29B, I finally worked up the courage to transform my Alto 29 to gerwalk for the first time. Not much of a pose, but I've had this shot in mind for a while! @sh9000 Haha, what a perfect backdrop for cannon fodder. Quote
