Kamui 777 Posted November 6, 2020 Share Posted November 6, 2020 (edited) Following up on my post in mid October, this was always a grail for me: Bandai 1/55 VF-1S Strike Valkyrie. I found one a couple months back, but all the stickers were messed up (has some rusted screws, yellowing, and a broken strike cannon connector as well, but I digress). Then Toyhax released the Bandai 1/55 label sheet which was a Godsend! Only gripes are that they don't include the factory decals and the white like on the skull aren't dark enough. Between the PS5 and this X Series I was always getting the Xbox first, then a PS5 when there was enough interesting exclusives to justify the purchase, I did the same with the PS4 Pro. It's certainly a beefy little piece of hardware for $500, I already have a bad boy 72" 4K TV with hdmi 2.1 and native 4K 120hz, so I'm all good to go! Nice, I'll be playing Spiderman MM on my PS4 Pro but I'd kill for Demons Souls. I played over 350 hours on PS3 back in college, I loved that game. Good luck on the disc version, I know there's more people out there looking for Sony's new console over either Microsoft one, hopefully you can nab a pre-order on launch night. The argument could be made that a custom helmet for $360 isn't bad. But, if I had known it was going to be this rough I would have gladly paid more for a more finished finish.
