Hey Slave IV, i think i have that same dino, it has a button to push to open the mouth, right?  How did you get it to stay open for the camera?

Expand

I think you may be talking about the smaller figure with the button on the back. The one I have is the “Super Colossal” version. The mouth stays open and it can actually swallow smaller dinos like the one next to it. They advertise it also as a storage for small dinos. The belly opens up to release the eaten figures. Pretty fun stuff!

Yeah, I just picked it up at target for $35.  Jesus this thing is huge.  I may have made a mistake.  I blame you Slave IV...

:)

However the idea of him doing battle with my 3.75 inch figures is very appealing.  Looks like he could eat them with ease.

Haha, it can definitely eat them...should be able to even eat some 6" figures. You are welcome!:D

Hmm... A huge army of Terminator vs a hive of Xenos. That would be a interesting battle and who would win is the other question.

Shiny!

I think Terminators would handle Aliens since they shouldn't be worried about facehuggers. That acid though...

Could be made from composite material resistant to acid.

I'm really out of touch then it comes to the Alien vs Pred on Dark Horse Comics.. I should actually give that a read soon, thanks to your post @sh9000

If those HM VF-19 gets re-engineered into the HMR line up, then for sure our wallets will even empty our quicker than before! :D

Got my retail price Mark 85 finally. No way I was paying over 100 bucks for such a basic action figure (no nano gauntlet or unhelmeted Tony Stark head?).

Got these. Funny thing is I passed on the Metals line Deadpool van but I think I paid about the same or more for this Hot Wheels version. It was probably the mini figure in the side that got me.

I never read the story but it's cool that the universe of the crossover could possibly have Dutch/Terminator and Hicks/Reese.

If Bandai skips the VF-19 and goes directly to releasing a HMR YF-19 then I don't mind.

Awesome find on Yahoo! Japan auctions:

Very nice photos. Creative perspective! Did you have to go far to find a suitable site?

Sweet Ranma figure (5"?).

They're actually roughly 6 inch from S.H. Figuarts. Based on the Manga series titled "Ranma 1/2" if I'm not mistaken.

Amazon Prime Day really did me in this year...

They had some great deals on Hada Labo skin care products!

And an iRobot Roomba.   (It's a toy to both clean and entertain my cats!  And it's a robot... so it counts for this MWF thread, right?  :yahoo:)

All told, spent about $550 after Prime Day savings.

Is it bad that I think about what Valkyrie I could have gotten with that money?  *sigh*

Anyways... hope you all found some neat stuff on Prime Day.

That is a nice patch of land for this sort of photography. Having it near by is a bonus.

I love Ranma too. Nice collection.

I didn't know they made a Akane figure.

Ranma Nibunnoichi was super-popular with anime fans back in the early-mid 90s.

Hey, is that Hot Wheels Impreza a re-color of the Donuts bug-eye?

Speaking of Hot Wheels, I hung these on the pegs to take a pic but forgot to take them to checkout.  It’s all good though.
