Masterpiece Transformer of the year for me so far, even over MP Beast Wars Megatron, this thing is amazing, picture perfect G1 cartoon Optimus.

Expand I loved the look of the TE-01 in bot mode and ordered it without hesitation. Have had it in hand for about a week, but transformed it for the first time just now. The transformation design is bloody amazing. Perfect alt mode with even fewer gaps than the MP-10, and an even slimmer trailer section. These guys at TE know what they are doing and wowed the market with this debut. Can’t wait for more of their designs in the future.

Agreed, MP-44 pricing is absurd, even at the Amazon Japan price of roughly $300+, that's too much. TE-01 isn't really based on MP-44, it's just based on toon/movie Optimus, which MP-44 is as well, so they both look incredibly similar. If you're interested, check out TFW2005 for member Jream, he makes a cheap, but very nice little vinyl add-on set, covers for the exposed silver bits on the sides of the legs, and vinyl covers for the chest, two shades of blue and a toon centric cartoon window version as well, in one bundle, for like $10 shipped. Expand Haha, I mentioned earlier I have a 1/72 F-14 but it doesn’t scale with any of my Macross toys. I want something 1/100 or 1/60 or 1/48. Honestly, it would be best if I didn’t get any though. I was a big aircraft model builder when I was a kid and had my stuff showcased locally but I don’t want to go back down that path right now either. My best bet is to find some of my old models and hope they are the scales I want.

I haven't seen any already built models in 1/60 or 1/48 so I can hop that some of mine from childhood are. FOr 1/100, there is that AFC stuff you are getting but again, I don't want to go down that rabbit hole so if I get any, I need to be very picky about it.

If you want to remove it - Mr. Clear thinner and Q-tip (not supersaturated and making a mess on the valk, therefore making it worse than before).

If so, then yes, it will hold any Yamato Valkyries since it's using the same mold and adapters for it.

Really want to get a 3D printer and work on making panels for the detolfs to line with appropriate themes for these. If anyone has any recommendations on not to expensive 3D printer(s) and possible some scenes that come to mind. I'll have to get the measurements for the wall panels from the Ikea site. Maybe it sounds ambitious but I enjoy modeling. I also want to give a big thank you to the Macross World community for allowing me to enjoy these Valkyries, by selling them. DYRL VF-1S Posted May 25, 2019 Posted May 25, 2019 The Focker and Ichijo TV VF-1S as well as DYRL VF-1A are new to me (2002/2008 reissues). But thought I’d get a Chunky group photo with some OG Macross (as well as sneaking in their long lost TF brother).

Expand Thx @rdrunner, I'm missing a couple HMRs. But now have the Delta line completed until the VF-31E release. I didn't think I would get into the Frontier Valks....But the RVF-25 started that line. What a great addiction!. Cant wsit to dress the HMRs in the OWL armor. Loved that look since I first saw the image posted over a decade ago here on MW from a fan made model.
