1/48 parts reorder

I was reading the manual and yamato has every piece listed by part number. So does that mean you can order parts if you need them? I couldnt read the lower right hand portion.

I've tried with HLJ and they said there was no way I could get parts anymore. Maybe this is a way we should explore, however I am certain it is available only for Japanese customers.

Solscud007, so I'm guessing you missed the who Monkey-N Yamato parts ordering episode then?

In the end Yamato gave Rob a big run around, shipping the wrong parts several times and still charging him for them. They did eventually ship most of the correct parts I gather, but then their so-called Customer Service Center decided to stop supplying spares.

That's much too sad. There are definetely major QC issues with many of my parts including factory dents in the plastic and the worst...warped plastic on the backpack.

NOT SO FAST I just got word that my backpack hinge is being shipped I think for some reason they did not want to deal with monkey nugget but hlj responed in two weeks and teh part is curretnly being shipped so inquire with them about the part they might be able to get it for you.

HLJ has been great so far.

I requested for a barrel tip for the 1/48 gunpod, and they sent me a whole gunpod via ISAL, free of charge.
