technoblue Posted September 18, 2016 Posted September 18, 2016 What is this? A chibified Ruby Rose for fans of RWBY Chibi... http://hlj.com/product/dbn63122# It looks like a good start, but I don't know much about Minissimos. And the price is twice what Good Smile is asking for comparable Nendos. I'm conflicted. Quote

technoblue Posted January 23, 2017 Posted January 23, 2017 Is areaseven MIA? If so, I'll try to keep this thread alive until he takes back the reigns. BTW, I've been enjoying the new 3D artwork--a lot. It looks like the main show is using the same toolset they used for RWBY Chibi. Quote
technoblue Posted January 23, 2017 Posted January 23, 2017 Just a quick bump to post episode 6. I'll post the three remaining youtube episodes later on tonight. Quote
technoblue Posted January 24, 2017 Posted January 24, 2017 I'm still hoping that volume 4 adds more depth to Jaune. Alas, this episode is more about exposition. Quote
technoblue Posted January 24, 2017 Posted January 24, 2017 It's nice to see Yang getting back on her feet. (all caught up) Quote
technoblue Posted February 16, 2017 Posted February 16, 2017 I got held up earlier in the week, and ended up posting this late. Anyway... The curtain drops on volume 4. Make sure to watch the scene after the credits. Quote
SMS007 Posted October 5, 2018 Posted October 5, 2018 Did no one here watch RWBY Volume 5??? Volume 6 is coming up at the end of this month. Quote
JB0 Posted October 5, 2018 Posted October 5, 2018 I didn't know we had a RWBY thread. I came in late. Picked the series up a few months before season 5 started. Season 5 was the first I watched as it "aired". Quote
technoblue Posted October 5, 2018 Posted October 5, 2018 Season 5 was fun. I was worried about where they were taking Yang and Blake after seasons 3 and 4, but last season those two really had time to shine. The battle animation also felt more fluid to me. I don't know if that is a thing or if my eyes are just getting used to the software RT is using nowadays. Quote
Sildani Posted October 5, 2018 Posted October 5, 2018 I haven’t seen RWBY since the end of S2. Is it worth the time, really, since Monty passed? Quote

Yeah, Monty left notes for up to S6, so after this we'll be in uncharted territories. But the series is still good and the animation gets better each season. Also RWBY CHIBI is hilarious. Quote

Focslain Posted October 5, 2018 Posted October 5, 2018 Nora is amazing and Cinder's pet grim is the cutest thing so far. Also one of the best moments is in CHIBI S2 (iirc) when they meta in a character from S3. On a side note it might be best if you watch at least RWBY S1-3 before going to CHIBI as spoilers are contained in CHIBI S2. Quote
