Macross boyfriend is a pilot DLC?

Hi

I managed to sign up for japanese psn and get the content for macross 30

but with my boyfriend is a pilot 2012 I have a slip of paper with VF-1S and a 16 number code which won't go into the psn voucher (only 12)

Is this an extra ship? how can I download this? I don't have the limited edition version just the regular
