damn...thanks for posting this. i have been sans any news today. he was an amazing talent. (even though he was 92, i still feel like i have been kidney punched)

Wow... I grew up on Harryhausen's stuff. One of the first movies I saw in the theaters was Sinbad and the Eye Of The Tiger and one of my all time favorites as a kid was Clash of the Titans. Heartbreaking but at the same time what a great full life. A hero.

Loved his creations as a kid. Such care and patience. Thanks to him, and peple that were inspired by him, we've had so many great times.

He's up there partrying with his buddy Ray Bradbury. I know he is.
