Novus Plastic Polish

Not sure if this product has ever been mentioned or even tried by anyone here.

I read about it on a site about restoring old computer LCD screen shields. They mentioned that polish 1 was a cleaner and polish 2 was used by their shop to remove scratches and to restore discolored plastics.

Just posting it here in case anyone can use the info.

I have used this stuff in modeling...its like a rubbing compound...but finer grade...would remove then yellow I suspect...but with a layer of plastic.

Myer,

I did not catch your phase to well. Do you mean that it will remove yellowing? or you doubt that it will remove yellowing?

Thank you,

I think he means it'll remove the yellowing much like a fine grit sandpaper would, by removing a layer of plastic until it gets to the white part. Not a true whitener or a yellow remover, which there is no such thing.

Thanks EXO.

I thought that I found the cure for removing the yellowing on some of my collection.
