Hoptimus Posted January 19, 2013 Posted January 19, 2013 I have been waiting a long time for this. I am sure it will be just as fun as the first. I have all the graphic novels and revisit them from time to time. Quote
xrentonx Posted January 19, 2013 Posted January 19, 2013 It's about damn time! I'm a huge fan of these books Quote
CAIN MKII Posted January 19, 2013 Posted January 19, 2013 Awesome, thank you for the news, I' m so happy ^^ Quote
Frogze Posted January 21, 2013 Posted January 21, 2013 Seeing Mickey Rourke as Marv will make me want to see it and as long as Robert Rodriguez can keep Frank Miller away from doing things related to directing there's a good chance this will be an enjoyable movie. The book itself was great, even if in my opinion it wasn't as good as the first and fourth books. Quote
Lobizon Posted January 29, 2013 Posted January 29, 2013 The Dame To Kill For Has Been Found – It’s Eva Green, Retrospectively Obviously those eyes ...! Quote
EXO Posted January 29, 2013 Posted January 29, 2013 I'm still not over Carla Gugino in the first one,... whew!!! is it HOT in here? She was hot in Spin City also. Quote
areaseven Posted January 30, 2013 Author Posted January 30, 2013 Yippee-ki-yay! Bruce Willis Confirmed to Return for Sin City Sequel Quote
xrentonx Posted January 30, 2013 Posted January 30, 2013 This is looking better and better. I agree that they need to keep Frank Miller away from directing. He's also gotten crazier in his old age. Quote
areaseven Posted March 12, 2013 Author Posted March 12, 2013 Cast list updated. Powers Boothe will reprise his role as Senator Roark. After all, it really wouldn't be Sin City without him. Quote
Duke Togo Posted March 6, 2014 Posted March 6, 2014 (edited) This movie knows exactly what it is and doesn't shy away from it or try to be something it isn't. Yeah, I'm down. Edited March 6, 2014 by Duke Togo Quote
M'Kyuun Posted March 8, 2014 Posted March 8, 2014 I loved the first movie. Looking forward to this one as well. Quote
Hoptimus Posted March 21, 2014 Posted March 21, 2014 August is a good month for guy movies. Sin City 2 and Expendables 3. Quote
electric indigo Posted April 24, 2014 Posted April 24, 2014 I loved Miller's Sin City Comics, especially "A Dame to kill for", but as a movie I think it looks pretty trashy. Eva Green is The Dame, though. Quote
Frogze Posted April 24, 2014 Posted April 24, 2014 Yes she is. I loved the comic too, nice story and great art. However I can't being reminded about Miller's previous movie "The Spirit" which was quite the abomination movie-wise. Let's hope Rodriguez managed to keep things in line in this one Quote
Keith Posted April 25, 2014 Posted April 25, 2014 I liked The Spirit, with it's random sh!t and cats everywhere. Quote
electric indigo Posted May 30, 2014 Posted May 30, 2014 Can we have this just as a photo-comic, please? Quote
Tking22 Posted May 30, 2014 Posted May 30, 2014 (edited) I love all the controversy Eva's new poster is getting, extreme blood, gore and violence is okay, but God forbid someone accidentally sees a nipple which I'm pretty sure most humans on Earth have two of. This could have been the studio's end-game all along, to put this out and stir up controversy and interest in the new film, but it seems a lot of people appear to be getting pretty pissy about it, I think it's hilarious. Edited May 30, 2014 by Tking22 Quote
myk Posted May 30, 2014 Posted May 30, 2014 I hope Eva gets stark naked and struts about like Carla Gugino did in the first movie. Between these women, it'd be difficult to pick the best figure... Quote
