Benson13 Posted July 18, 2013 Posted July 18, 2013 I still want this and a few variants would be cool. Especially a queen. Quote
anime52k8 Posted July 19, 2013 Posted July 19, 2013 no love for the space lobster. this is the second time we've had a full color version of it on display only for it to disappear. personally, I dig S.H. whatever-arts stuff enough to get this but I agree with EXO, a 1/60 scale vinyl would be much cooler. Lupin The Third Posted July 19, 2013 Posted July 19, 2013 Has this become vaporware? Looks like it was ready to go...... I've been wondering this for a while. Where the heck is this release?!?1 Quote
skullmilitia Posted July 19, 2013 Posted July 19, 2013 Meh, the Vajra lobster is too big, the little white ones might work in 1/60. Suprised, they never made a plush Ai. Quote
Benson13 Posted July 19, 2013 Posted July 19, 2013 I don't even care if it's made of the same stuff as old Godzilla toys. I just want some kind of representation of it in my collection. Quote
MacrossJunkie Posted July 19, 2013 Posted July 19, 2013 I wouldn't mind if it was just 1/72 scale and vinyl or a model kit. Quote
UN Spacy Posted July 19, 2013 Posted July 19, 2013 I still want one...it can chill next to my Toynami Regult which was dirt cheap. Quote
VF-Zer0S Posted July 20, 2013 Posted July 20, 2013 Yeah It would look great next to my invisible VF-25F that I wish I would own someday lol. In all seriousness it looks cool Quote
Jefuemon Posted July 20, 2013 Posted July 20, 2013 I wouldn't mind if it was just 1/72 scale and vinyl or a model kit. This one has been available on auction for several years now. Quote
Benson13 Posted July 20, 2013 Posted July 20, 2013 This one has been available on auction for several years now. Can't really tell what that one is (size, material) but that price tag is why it's still there. Quote

jvmacross Posted December 16, 2013 Posted December 16, 2013 maybe they want to do a 1/60-ish scale instead? Quote
YF-29 Durandal Posted December 16, 2013 Posted December 16, 2013 Yeah It would look great next to my invisible VF-25F that I wish I would own someday lol. In all seriousness it looks cool Why didn't you get one? Quote
MacrossJunkie Posted November 3, 2014 Posted November 3, 2014 In all likelihood, this project is dead. It's been over two years since it was shown and nothing else has been mentioned or displayed since. =( Quote
vsim Posted November 3, 2014 Posted November 3, 2014 Wow, I hadn't seen this thread. I keep hoping someone will make one of these! Quote
McFly!! Posted November 4, 2014 Posted November 4, 2014 Yeah, 1/60 and with slots for the knife under the chin and at the top of the skull... <fingers crossed> hehehe big spiny red vaj Quote
Major Focker Posted November 4, 2014 Posted November 4, 2014 i wonder if the captain or exo would be interested to take this on <fingers crossed> Quote
jvmacross Posted November 4, 2014 Posted November 4, 2014 Only EXO seems to work on 1/60 projects...so if anyone would be interested, I'd hope it would be him.... Or maybe the folks doing the vinyl Monster Destroid can make it their next project.....assuming Bandai will allow it... Quote
skullmilitia Posted November 5, 2014 Posted November 5, 2014 Meh, Bandai has been known to have things take awhile, Dante took 7 years to get made. Might be at the Tamashii event at the end of the month. Quote

Xigfrid Posted April 14, 2016 Posted April 14, 2016 After this Small one, I am likely to build the red Lobster now. I will be using the same metal wiring technic for articulations and other new mechanisms for the tail. I don't plan to make a kit out of this project because it is much easier to have an optimized model for 3D printing parts instead of "recastable" parts and enemy biomecha are less enviable. But eventually if it got enough interest, I still can change the plans and build the model as a kit mixing 3D printed parts and recast parts. Quote
Loop Posted April 15, 2016 Posted April 15, 2016 I have seen this thread pop up for some time. I thought there was an official announcement that this is indeed being made. Quote

Xigfrid Posted April 15, 2016 Posted April 15, 2016 I have seen this thread pop up for some time. I thought there was an official announcement that this is indeed being made. I know that would tickle a bit I would love myself to see Bandai editing the entire Vajra line in 1:60 scale. The Lobster one is very well documented and I got plenty of line arts to make it accurate. This is not the case of the 3rd Vajra that I really like, the "Heavy Mobile" Vajra that takes away Ranka in its chest. cant wait to see your mad 3D-rendering skills updates! If I got the time to do so, I would open a new thread! Quote

Xigfrid Posted November 14, 2016 Posted November 14, 2016 Just came to this pictures. Unfortunately I don't know from which convention they come from. It looks like a 3rd party Vajra version, in 1:60 scale. Unfortunately proportions are a bit off, but great price for an articulated toy otherwise! Quote
wmkjr Posted November 14, 2016 Posted November 14, 2016 An Wonderfest resin kit from awhile back Quote
