anubis20 Posted August 16, 2013 Posted August 16, 2013 (edited) I bought mine for the 25000 price at NY and hopefully its delivered today Edit: Got mine! According to the tracking number its still in NYC customs. Edited August 16, 2013 by anubis20 Quote
Stark1975 Posted August 16, 2013 Posted August 16, 2013 yay! mine is out of customs! probably won't arrive till monday. This is the first time I've used nin nin and I do not like how they switched to ems when I asked for fed ex. ems was more expensive but seems to take longer and sometimes I like the option of holding stiff at the nearest fedex store for pick up Quote
Bullet_Sponge Posted August 16, 2013 Posted August 16, 2013 No, the 25000 price :-/ Still preparing Quote
anubis20 Posted August 16, 2013 Posted August 16, 2013 i paid for mine on the 5th when did you guys pay? Maybe they go in order of payment. Quote
Guest davidwhangchoi Posted August 16, 2013 Posted August 16, 2013 i paid for mine on the 5th when did you guys pay? Maybe they go in order of payment. i wish they did... given by the complaints of NY in the past, unless they changed their practices, there seems to be no order. but it seems random... esp frustrating for those who prepaid very early prior to receiving the 2 week alert then finding their order still "preparing for shipping in progress" while reading those who paid after the two week reminder getting theirs shipped already. anubis20 Posted August 16, 2013 Posted August 16, 2013 Love the new 27! Havent tried the super parts and i dont think i will cause ill have to box this dude soon for the move. Found less surface scratches on this one than on previous frontier valks. It doesnt need that crotch spacer and yea im paranoid about the paint so i taped it Quote
OzmaLee74 Posted August 16, 2013 Posted August 16, 2013 (edited) Nice Guys! Here's a few more pics. Edited August 16, 2013 by OzmaLee74 Quote
OzmaLee74 Posted August 16, 2013 Posted August 16, 2013 BTW, like anubis20 said it doesn't need the crotch spacer BUT only if you don't use the super parts. With it on it becomes too back heavy. Quote

OzmaLee74 Posted August 17, 2013 Posted August 17, 2013 My crotch piece keeps dropping off Same here. I'm thinking maybe a little clear nail polish will do the trick. Also I kind of hate the fact that they didn't use the same gunpod holder system on the VF-25G or the V1 and had to resort to the connector piece. Quote
anubis20 Posted August 17, 2013 Posted August 17, 2013 My crotch piece keeps dropping off Same here but only during transformation. After that it was fine Quote
OzmaLee74 Posted August 17, 2013 Posted August 17, 2013 Same here but only during transformation. After that it was fine Yeah. Kind of a PITA though huh? Just noticed that I forgot to put the arm parts on in my pics. =P Quote
typhoon Posted August 17, 2013 Posted August 17, 2013 Man mine must be stuck in customs, I was expecting delivery yesterday.... Very jealous guys and thanks for all the pics! Quote
Potato Posted August 17, 2013 Posted August 17, 2013 Any tips we should look out for when tranforming this guy (I don't wanna break anything ala CF 171 EX shoulder pieces)? Quote
Guyffon Posted August 17, 2013 Posted August 17, 2013 I just got mine too, but comparing it to my V1, I can't help but think its almost the same mold except for the crotch area, as it looks almost identical side by side. But somme how it does not hold fighter mode as nice as the V1, maybe its just me Quote

Scream Man Posted August 17, 2013 Posted August 17, 2013 Im actually not super into the huge rifles. This one, Michaels etc.... Just not for me. i prefer the smaller, regular rifles. Quote

valhary Posted August 17, 2013 Posted August 17, 2013 glad to see like proportions can be change with the new connectors parts even being the same parts looks taller and thin by the way the crotch piece looks to be a general problem has to be fixed with superglue and conversely to other members I prefer this one to the old in all modes also fighter specially the look with the new cockpit hatch in general the difference is the screws are been hidden and in the parts adding holes for connect the super parts so unfortunatly no compatible with the v1 my only complains are that nude are very stable in battroid mode but with the super parts are to heavy and increase the difficulty to stay up and hate the beam gunpod simply are too big and heavy although change the hand and arm system constantly falling downso you can see are minor complaints in general I think is worth it Quote
KH355hamdi Posted August 17, 2013 Posted August 17, 2013 Mine stays upright and very stable even with the super parts on. My only complain is that the transformation of this is a little difficult with the booster pack on so I have to remove during transformation and install it back afterward. Quote
whitestar Posted August 18, 2013 Posted August 18, 2013 One thing to watch out for is the paint on the rifle handle. A little bit of paint on mine has flaked off after repeated insertion into the gun pod holder/attachment-thing. Quote
