Jefuemon Posted September 24, 2012 Posted September 24, 2012 (edited) Finally finished another one! 1/72 scale Strike Battroid from Hasegawa. Pretty much a straight OOBB. Went with the Hikaru version, since my regular VF-1S Battroid is Roy's. Few more shots can been seen at the regular place. Edited September 25, 2012 by Jefuemon Quote
Benson13 Posted September 24, 2012 Posted September 24, 2012 (edited) OOOOOO, you're a pretty one aren't you Hikaru? What kind of kit is that? Edited September 24, 2012 by Benson13 Quote
vt102 Posted September 24, 2012 Posted September 24, 2012 Very nice build. OOOOOO, you're a pretty one aren't you Hikaru? What kind of kit is that? Under his main title it says it is a Hasegawa kit. Quote
peter Posted September 24, 2012 Posted September 24, 2012 I've been building one for the last 6 years, haha! Quote

GU-11 Posted September 25, 2012 Posted September 25, 2012 Awesome build! Love the panel lining. Was tempted to buy one of these for a weekend build, until I remembered the three Border Break kits gathering dust on my shelf. Quote

Yeah, as earlier mentioned it's the Hasegawa 1/72 scale Strike Battroid kit. Maybe I'll edit my post to help out the other old fogies with poor eyesight (yes, I include myself in that) Quote

PetarB Posted September 26, 2012 Posted September 26, 2012 Very nice job. Might encourage me to push through on my current build. Quote
Kaldar5 Posted April 21, 2013 Posted April 21, 2013 About to buy one of these kits myself. How is the poseability on these?Any other tips on finishing or small problems you had with the build? Thanks for posting the pics. Quote

Any other tips on finishing or small problems you had with the build? Thanks for posting the pics. Pretty good poseability for a model kit. Honestly can't remember any problems I had with the build. Parts break down really nice for ease of puttying/sanding/painting. The only modification I made was drilling out the Strike Cannon barrels. Looks a lot nicer with them open, instead of capped closed. I accidentally discovered that with my Strike fighter, when I stupidly threw the caps away trying to clean up my build area mid-assembly.
