Alright Oihan and other retro-gaming folk, this one is for you. A co-worker of mine introduced me to this side-scrolling stealth game named Mark of the Ninja and I've been hooked since I saw the first gameplay videos. Giant Bomb has a great half hour video that discusses the game (http://www.giantbomb...-ninja/17-6540/). They talk lovingly of the Metroidvania influence within Ninja, so if your a Castlevania: Symphony of the Night fan like I am, there is much to adore about this assassin-style action game. For what it's worth, IGN also gave this game a great review.

I'm very eager to try this one. I've been following it for about a month since I first learned about the title. Looks like it's time to buy another X-Box card with some more points :)

The company that makes the game has an official blog that can be found here: http://www.markoftheninja.com/

I'm gonna go download this game tonight. I read that it was co-developed by Microsoft Studios and that is why it is exclusive to XBOX 360. I would've liked the ability to play this on my PS VITA. Hopefully PC might be a possibility down the road.

Stupid question from not watching the whole video-----is the entire game that dark? I mean, yeah, I get the whole stealth-ninja aspect, but all I saw was pretty much some icons over a black screen.

This news almost slipped by me, but Mark of the Ninja is lready out now on Steam. Looks like it was released October 16, 2012. I've picked it up this morning on Steam, but didn't have the time to install/play it. I'm unsure if the graphics will be any better or even if there are any display options for the PC version. Regardless, I'm really happy to have this available via Steam for the PC.
