David Hingtgen Posted July 20, 2012 Posted July 20, 2012 http://experten.coco...5000/index.html Like most of their stuff, it'll be a WonderFestival exclusive. They are making the coolest valks lately--VF-3000 and VF-5000. Though they may actually be harder to get than recent Bandai stuff... Quote
Reïvaj Posted July 20, 2012 Posted July 20, 2012 (edited) Wow, really cool stuff! Edited July 20, 2012 by Reïvaj Quote
ps99042 Posted July 20, 2012 Posted July 20, 2012 That would look great next my Bandai 1/100 Hi-Metals... Quote
ruskiiVFaussie Posted July 20, 2012 Posted July 20, 2012 I want my metal siren, the noise and canopy reminded me lol Quote
kamadoma Posted July 21, 2012 Posted July 21, 2012 Just a question, are these toys already complete right out of the box or do they need additional assembly? And what's the material used for these? Because I'm a little curious as to why they cost a lot. Quote
Bariaburu Faita Posted July 21, 2012 Posted July 21, 2012 These are pre-assembled resin kits. They are expensive because they require more time and skill to assemble than a regular toy, and the moulds have to be made every 20 units. And only 20 are allowed to be sold at a time, so development costs are not spread out as much. Bariaburu Faita Posted July 21, 2012 Posted July 21, 2012 If only we had members living in TOKYO who could HUNT rare items for us and SAVE us from this dilemma Nice! Just more Valks I cann't get. Chris Quote
Loop Posted July 21, 2012 Posted July 21, 2012 (edited) ¥18,000 seems a bit expensive, I do understand they are limited and in low numbers, but we are in the high end toy range with this price. Are these final product pics? or the prototypes? Edited July 21, 2012 by Loop Quote
Ignacio Ocamica Posted July 21, 2012 Posted July 21, 2012 These are final product pics. They are resin kits, not actual toys. Very cool kits by the way. Quote
ultraman zoffy Posted July 21, 2012 Posted July 21, 2012 Looks like a very Banpresto'ish rendition of a 5000... 1/100 size valk for 18000 yen? Thats a definite hell no lol... Quote
Loop Posted July 21, 2012 Posted July 21, 2012 Hrmm, Bariaburu Faita said they are pre assembled. One thing that also bothers me about these is that the screws should have been hidden a little better. The one the goes through the intake cover really bothers me, it seems the intake cover could have covered where the screw is placed. Quote
