areaseven
Nice movie but got too much hype. The star of the movie was Michael Rooker (Youndu). "Obele obele obele..."

mikeszekely
I finally got to see it today. I don't think I can say anything about it that hasn't already been said, but I do agree it's a fantastic movie.
Black Valkyrie
Didn't know the actor who played Ronan was already a Cherry Bomb in another movie before.

Mr March
Lee Pace is always good, but he was a little wasted here as Ronan simply because there wasn't much written on the page for his character. But that's okay, because the film was about the heroes and we've had more than enough villain-centric films in recent years (looking at you, Dark Knight). That's a good perspective (and Dark Knight Rises too). I was actually in the camp of "I wish this movie had a stronger villain presence" but I can see the side were the central focus was well and truly on the heroes and how they come together to become the GotG. -b. Mr March
Nothing wrong with a film where the villain is the show, but nothing wrong with the pure joy of well-written heroes in GoTG either
Scyla
Saw the movie today and I really liked it. Especially the battle under the clear blue sky. Glad it was no cityscape at night and it's raining. I'm looking at you Pacific Rim.

Twoducks
I am Groot. Yes, I'm also worried that the foreign market can't recognize the grartness of story and action that is GOTG compared to T4 .

peter
The entire Bayformers franchise caters to a mass of lemmings that are easily amused by explosions and shiny things, and have IQs just below room temperature, haha!
