XFJ-01A
Glad im not the only one who thought to put a Jolly Roger on the 30th YF-29. I did one better and put Roy's "001" insignias as well, regardless of the emblazoned S.M.S 030 insignias.
Scream Man
I did it to mine as well, though I used NUNS kites. In my head Megaroad 1 is still receiving updates on the galaxy Network, and custom built this one on the ship.

XFJ-01A
I believe it was 1/72. These were off my old DYRL Yamato VF-1S
treatment
I believe it was 1/72. These were off my old DYRL Yamato VF-1S I don't think Yamato ever made or sold 1/72 DYRL valks. Bandai, maybe?
XFJ-01A
No they were definitely Yamato. Their old style where you had to detach the legs to transform them. They dont have a scale printed on the box, I just assume 1/72, because they definitely aren't 1/
Falcon18
The V1 Yamato's? They're 1/60.
David Hingtgen
I wish the windscreen was easily removed (the main canopy is)----then maybe I could trade my clear Ozma canopy for a 30th's purplish one. (surely someone would like a totally clear one with the 30th ann scheme) But as it is, the non-removable windscreen makes it very hard to alter---was hard enough to make clear because of that, would be much harder to try to re-color. (and is the main reason I've never tried to re-color my Ozma's canopy to either a subtle blue or purple color)
close313
They're 1/60 V1's. Yamato only produced 1/72 valks mostly from M+.

Saburo
Hmmm.. I may have to track down a 1/72nd water slide decal set from a Jolly Rogers F-14 or FA-18, might be a little small though.
chyll2
there are a lot of waterslide maker in ebay. maybe you can try to track down a reputable seller and try to give them logo and size you want for printing.

macster1971
For a Valk that not many people seem to like it seems to be selling pretty well, In fact i'd go as far as to say "They're Flying off the shelves!" I Prefer The Isamu Dyson colour scheme.
Silverstreak
30th is my favourite YF-29 scheme.
Deadeye_281
30th is my favourite YF-29 scheme. The 30th ann 29 is a beautiful valk for sure. Skull 'n bones on the tailfins should have been a tampo no-brainer however...then again, black skull 'n bones and black SMS 030 markings on a white fuselage should have been a tampo no-brainer as well. THIS! ...otherwise I love both of mine and I rank it well above Alto's. Keep in mind I have a very heavy bias towards Focker and Ozma though. They could release a mediocre Focker/Ozma and I'd eat that shi*t right up!
ophio
Hi guys , are there any methods to fix and tighten the rotating wing turbine area of the YF-29 30th ozma valk . Mine is pretty loose especially when the super parts are fixed onto it .
jenius
A clear piece of scotch tape does the trick and is easily removed. Just cut a tiny sliver of the stuff and apply it between the wing and the rotating part. Edited January 9, 2015 by jenius
no3Ljm
My Isamu's as well. Thank jenius for the tip.
