big F Posted December 10, 2015 Posted December 10, 2015 Well first impressions there is a lot of stuff that goes bang!!! Slightly more leaning to the cartoon series of 89/90s which is no bad thing. Quote
Dobber Posted December 10, 2015 Posted December 10, 2015 I kind of liked the comedy in the trailer too. Chris Quote
sh9000 Posted December 10, 2015 Posted December 10, 2015 Looks better than the first one. I still don't like the character designs of the turtles though. Quote
Black Valkyrie Posted December 10, 2015 Posted December 10, 2015 Nah, it's better if they called it Secret of the Ooze. Quote
Mommar Posted December 10, 2015 Posted December 10, 2015 Kinda odd, the Turtles themselves looked better. Rocksteady and Bebop, Christ, I hope those were unfinished shots. Because that CG looked TERRIBLE. It's nice they're just going for it with the cartoon stuff though, after the idiotic Shredder-bot from the last one. The turtles look a tad shorter than last time, but not by as much as they made it sound like they were going to shrink them. Quote
Tking22 Posted December 10, 2015 Posted December 10, 2015 (edited) That looks like a ton of fun, Bebop and Rocksteady look great. I really liked the first one, so I'll be there opening weekend, Stephen Amell as Casey Jones works for me too. Turtles certainly look less "cluttered" this time around, and yes, almost a bit smaller, not as small or as drastic a change as I think they initially let on, but I'll take it, plus actual foot ninjas, not just dudes with guns. The Shell Raiser looks pretty awesome, plus it actually launches man hole covers! Edited December 10, 2015 by Tking22 Quote
peter Posted December 10, 2015 Posted December 10, 2015 Nah, it's better if they called it Secret of the Ooze. Remember the original plan to not even have them as turtles, but aliens.... Quote
TangledThorns Posted December 11, 2015 Posted December 11, 2015 Another one already? I hadn't even seen the last film yet! Quote
Dangard Ace Posted December 12, 2015 Posted December 12, 2015 Skip the first one. That trailer looks a lot better than the first Bay TMNT. Quote
Roy Focker Posted December 12, 2015 Posted December 12, 2015 I'll just repeat the earlier comments. I still don't like the designs of the turtles themselves but I do like seeing that this time they are including a bunch of elements that TMNT is known for instead trying to do a new approach. It will still be a stupid movie but at least it will look like it should feel like a TMNT movie. Quote
David Hingtgen Posted December 14, 2015 Posted December 14, 2015 Never saw the first and likely never will---but this has me hopeful the second one could be decent. Quote
JB0 Posted December 14, 2015 Posted December 14, 2015 Remember the original plan to not even have them as turtles, but aliens....Oh, did they back off of that idea? I'm kind of disappointed to learn that. I mean, sure it was an awful idea, and (obviously) I wasn't going to watch it either way, but.. dammit, OWN your crazy! Quote
spanner Posted December 14, 2015 Posted December 14, 2015 Alien turtles!? silly but I kinda like that idea! The new movie was pretty horrendous though. But Megan Fox kinda tickles my fancy strangely enough.. Quote
UN Spacy Posted December 14, 2015 Posted December 14, 2015 Looks much better than the previous flick. Soft reboot with a new Shredder too. Quote
derex3592 Posted December 14, 2015 Posted December 14, 2015 Alien turtles!? silly but I kinda like that idea! The new movie was pretty horrendous though. But Megan Fox kinda tickles my fancy strangely enough.. I don't like to admit it..but same here.... Quote
Dio Posted December 16, 2015 Posted December 16, 2015 My expectations for the first one were so low I waited to rent it, and ended up buying the blue-ray because the wife and I enjoyed it so much. Suffice it to say, the sequel trailer has my interest very piqued. I don't find any confirmation with a quick web search, but it seems like we'll see Krang in this one - my guess is as an ending reveal to leave off for a sequel, however, and not a big presence. Bebop and Rocksteady seem like enough suspension of disbelief without going full Spider-Man 3 this time around. Quote
mustang1 Posted December 16, 2015 Posted December 16, 2015 Hi all, just my impressions of the ninja turtles official trailer enjoy😉 Quote
big F Posted February 8, 2016 Posted February 8, 2016 Looks more like a real world version of the cartoon series, which in my opinion is a good thing. Quote

Mommar Posted March 29, 2016 Posted March 29, 2016 image.jpeg This is a pretty brilliant poster. Quote
peter Posted April 11, 2016 Posted April 11, 2016 (edited) C'mon Megs, be a good girl and show me your tits. Edited April 11, 2016 by peter Quote
CoryHolmes Posted April 12, 2016 Posted April 12, 2016 I wonder if she's ever going to be able to escape the sex-pot typecast that she's stuck in. Quote
myk Posted April 12, 2016 Posted April 12, 2016 Probably not. It's not as if she has any other talents to speak of... Quote
areaseven Posted April 12, 2016 Posted April 12, 2016 As Honest Trailers once quoted: "Megan Fox, who once again combines the looks of a professional porn star with the acting of an amateur porn star." Quote
big F Posted April 12, 2016 Posted April 12, 2016 When she's 45 or so she'll likley get cast as a once hot mum type role, then when she's 60 or more a saucey grannie. So she will never really escape the type cast she is stuck in. Quote
peter Posted April 12, 2016 Posted April 12, 2016 Lol, I've always said she's best suited for porn. I wouldn't mind seeing her in an episode of Puremature, HD....as long as they don't zoom into her mutant thumbs. Quote
