The thing that comes to mind now that I have Prowl, Bluestreak, Soundwave and Starscream is from I think the episode "Roll for it" where Prowl and Streak chase Soundwave as he tries to escape the power plant and they ram right into him and he transforms flying and starscream recovers him. Then later on Prowl and Bluestreak are in Deep Poo as they're attacked by the seekers and Soundwave.......damn I just wanna recreate that with these toys, and be Chip chase.

Inspected my King Grimmy today. Looks fantastic. Unfortunately the booklet was taped around the back of the inner shell and it's a little bent, but I can flatten it. All his joints are super tight.

On a whim, I ordered a knock-off MP-12 from an eBay seller in China, and received it in the mail today. I have to say that I'm pretty impressed with the quality of this thing. I don't have a genuine MP-12 to compare it with, but I checked a video comparison on YouTube, and aside from things like a couple of small paint details (spelling of "Lamborghini" and "Countach" on the rear end of vehicle mode), it looks like it's nearly identical to the Takara MP-12. In terms of things like materials, construction, paint apps, joint stiffness, etc., it's pretty comparable in quality to my Takara MP-17. Not a bad deal at all for $40 shipped from China.

Anyone else pick up one of these?

Yeah. I got a KO Sideswipe. I've also got a genuine Tigertrack I can use for comparison. I found the KO's paint apps to be a bit more sloppy. There's also a tiny hair painted into one fender. The joints on the KO are tight, but in a worrisome way. Too much pressure has to be applied before there's any give. Tigertrack's joints are smooth like butter. And lastly, the spoiler on the KO won't line up. Other than those gripes, it's awesome.

Speaking of Sideswipe...

The f^&king gutter in my house's balcony got flooded last night, and some of the boxed TF's I placed on the floor in an adjoining room got soaked through. The biggest casualty was MP-12 Lambor. The only side that didn't get turned into a soggy paper towels was the front. Well, at least the instructions and fig itself was fine. Not like I was planning on reselling the thing, thankfully.

Was thinking if I ever see a KO Redalert I'd pick it up. Finally got the time to open up my Bluestreak and I love him, flawlessly painted and assembled. Now I need a new spot to put these masterpiece figures, I'm all out of room.

But I'll tell you what, while I'm excited we'll get Bumblebee, Wheeljack and Ultra Magnus, hell even a G2 Sideswipe.....we REALLY need a revamped Megatron. What we got compared to now is just horrible. This is just so needing to be done. I'd even take a third party applicant if it's decent enough. But dear god Megatron is horrible.

I transformed my Red Alert and he is one beautiful former. I love his face and general look. I think.. overall, he looks better in robot mode than Lambor.

I've never handled MP Megatron, but just from the pictures it looks pretty disappointing. The legs are way too skinny, and the visibility of the trigger in bot mode makes them look hollowed out. That said, I'd imagine that making a perfect transformation handgun that resembles the Megatron from the cartoon in bot mode is probably not an easy task -- I'm glad it's not my job to figure it out.
