I just checked out your vehicles; they are great! Is it too late to get in on them? I would take whatever you have in the smallest scale possible.

Send me a PM. I am finishing up a third run of those and looks like I'll have a few extras.

Still waiting. I'll get in contact and see where we are at. I may just start shipping these out and send the canopies later. That is always an option. I hope to have these out the door before thanksgiving.

Hi, Guys.

Sorry the canopy bits have taken so long. I really don't have time to do this stuff anymore, but I know it can make a very nice canopy.

My buddy has the masters now, and will pour rubber. I've ordered fresh resin and we'll vacuum cast the frame, and ambient cast bucks for the vacform plastic. The clear glass will sit inside the frame and be easy to install. Then it's just a matter of doing a couple a night (letting them sit long enough to get nice and rigid before demolding).

The image is an old image from the beginning of the buck and before polishing up the canopy frame (and thinning it a bit). I know I have more recent pictures but can't seem to find them....anyway - you can see how this will work.

That's a great approach, it looks so much better with a separate canopy frame over the vacuform canopy.

AMP did this with their EDF Medivac Shuttle from Starblazers, worked very well.

Christmas was great! I'm still waiting on the canopies, Since I find myself currently unemployed I am considering mailing out the kits with all the parts except for the canopies and sending those out when they are done. That way folks can at least get started with the prep work etc.

Oh, hey what's the status of these? I'm not in a hurry and glad to wait, but I hope I don't miss out on ordering one of these.

The beginning of the end :)

I appreciate all your work, thanks :hail:

I look forward to seeing the plane (and the military vehicles) in my hands :D

I have the canopies and I'll start sending them out within the week. I'm off next week so I'll have plenty of time to get them done. Then I can finish mine up and get it posted

Final price will still be $115 plus shipping. Let me get out the prepaid guys first and then I'll stgart taking money again. If anyone will be at Wonderfest in Louisville, I'll have them there too. I'll also have some other goodies as well

Sorry it took so long, volunteer work does...

It took a bit of learning to get the vacuum casting process down, but once I figured it out, I was pulling void-free casts.

When I'll get around to building my copy, I can't say.

That's right, and I'm taking the occasion to thanks you (by advance) for all the work you've done.

So.. Thank you :)
