ALEXD Posted January 15, 2012 Posted January 15, 2012 I have been trying to figure out which i should get, since they both cost only $160 so could I have some opinions? thanks! Quote
eugimon Posted January 15, 2012 Posted January 15, 2012 uhm, BTW, where are you finding the vf-11b for 160? Quote
Uxi Posted January 15, 2012 Posted January 15, 2012 Wow that place has great prices. Are they reputable? Quote
ALEXD Posted January 16, 2012 Author Posted January 16, 2012 now that idk, does anyone know if its a good store? Quote
Graham Posted January 16, 2012 Posted January 16, 2012 Buy whichever design you like the best. If you like the VF-11, buy the VF-11. If you like the VF-1, buy the VF-1. If you are planning a collection of various variable fighters and having them all in the same scale is important, buy the VF-11, as there are many Macross VFs in this scale. If you don't care about scale and just want a large toy, but the VF-1. In the end it's up to you. Both are great toys. Graham Quote

eugimon Posted January 17, 2012 Posted January 17, 2012 Pilot and fast packs are different and some markings are different Quote
treatment Posted January 17, 2012 Posted January 17, 2012 does anyone knows what the difference between 11b and 11c? other than color of course. am planning to get the 11 but don't know which version i should get 11b is always gonna be more badass and more worthy to own simply on the fact that it was Isamu's primary valk before transitioning to the yf-19... ErikElvis Posted January 17, 2012 Posted January 17, 2012 The 11c is a little more flashy IMO. But the 11b has more "sentimental" value for me. Plus got me into macross Quote
t040484 Posted January 17, 2012 Posted January 17, 2012 hrmmm, thanks for the fast input guys. still can't make up my mind, so i decided to get both. Quote

Loop Posted January 18, 2012 Posted January 18, 2012 (edited) I could not decide either untill I ended up with all the canon color scheme Yamato VF's lol (1/60 v2's and 1/3000 SDF Macross) And a few 1/48th scale. Edited January 18, 2012 by Loop Quote
ps99042 Posted January 18, 2012 Posted January 18, 2012 hrmmm, thanks for the fast input guys. still can't make up my mind, so i decided to get both. Great decision as I love my 11B and just opened my 1/48 VF-1J and love it too. Still, is that a good website to buy from? With the 11B so cheap I'm tempted to pick up another... Quote
EXO Posted January 18, 2012 Posted January 18, 2012 If you're just starting you're collection you might want to think about scale and go with a 1/60 first. Unless you dont care about scale. Quote
t040484 Posted January 18, 2012 Posted January 18, 2012 i did collect macross 1/60 waaay back, but i quit because i thought bandai is going to make nice with vf-100 until they replaced the line with hi-metal, i keep buying everything then suddenly they stops making anything at all... so i go back to yamato, and said f@#$ bandai i end up re-buying the vf-1's, vf-0's, yf-19, and yf-21 right now i'm going to expand to vf-11's, and macross 7 line's already got vf-17, and vf-22 on the way, i just ordered both vf-11's and vf-19 kai with sound booster hopefully yamato didn't choke and stop half way like bandai did Quote
Reïvaj Posted January 18, 2012 Posted January 18, 2012 I don't think they will. I certainly hope not Quote
