charger69 Posted November 23, 2011 Posted November 23, 2011 good looking toy at the end (I am refering to the previous panic move) it is the final version here merci charger69 De rien
Mommar Posted November 23, 2011 Posted November 23, 2011 It's shown with wing mounted missles in the VF Master Files book I think it would be cool if you could load down this V2. with triple gun pods like they have pictured in the Master File book too.
valhary Posted November 23, 2011 Posted November 23, 2011 super pack is so expensive that I will have to wait for the tornado pack
logos Posted November 23, 2011 Posted November 23, 2011 (edited) Finally received mine yesterday. This is what the toy should have been. From the second I held it in my hand it felt right. The weight, the texture on the plastic, paint apps, proper gun pod, etc. Sure there are still some quibbles I have about it (too tight hip joints for example so I know those are going to get loose) but IMO they finally fixed the things that where wrong. Also the included pose-able hands are really nice. I would rather have just those and they could have included some missiles in the box instead of all those hands I will never use and the EX armored figure. Edited November 23, 2011 by logos

Yeah, don’t worry about the tight hip joints; they’ll become floppy soon enough as usual. Other than that, it’s true this is what the toy in the first place, I really like it. Some missiles instead of the multiple hand sets and the ex gear figure would’ve been preferable to me as well…
Kyp Durron Posted November 23, 2011 Posted November 23, 2011 (edited) Color match fail between the painted metal intakes and the colored plastic on the VF-25S. -Kyp Edited November 23, 2011 by Kyp Durron
eugimon Posted November 23, 2011 Posted November 23, 2011 I said it before but they couldn't even get the different plastics on the 29 to color match, let alone the paint... I don't know why you guys are continually surprised by this.
Marcion Posted November 24, 2011 Posted November 24, 2011 it seem ozma pilot figure painted in wrong color
Reïvaj Posted November 24, 2011 Posted November 24, 2011 Does it? I looks ok to me, although a bit underscaled as usual...
David Hingtgen Posted November 24, 2011 Posted November 24, 2011 Still waiting for final, final, final version pics. (at the very least, they better add in the missing striping on the "face" that the first sample pics had, that the last 2 we've seen lack)

(at the very least, they better add in the missing striping on the "face" that the first sample pics had, that the last 2 we've seen lack) Also, I'm hoping that the color mismatch is more noticeable in photos than in person. -Kyp
Lolicon Posted November 24, 2011 Posted November 24, 2011 Hope they use the purple canopy and sensors rather than the blue ones on the final VF-25F.
Ignacio Ocamica Posted November 24, 2011 Posted November 24, 2011 I hope the joints retain tightness over time.

David Hingtgen Posted November 24, 2011 Posted November 24, 2011 Chest armor hatches still open the wrong way. ::mumble grumble::

kanedaestes Posted November 24, 2011 Posted November 24, 2011 (edited) Chest armor hatches still open the wrong way. ::mumble grumble:: Are you sure? They look accurate to the anime. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pnOws0VLg6k at 1:50 Edited November 24, 2011 by kanedaestes
David Hingtgen Posted November 24, 2011 Posted November 24, 2011 Well that's weird. They clearly open the other way in Ep 2.
CF18 Posted November 24, 2011 Posted November 24, 2011 Well that's weird. They clearly open the other way in Ep 2. I remember this discussion from 2+ years ago during the DXv1 release time. Anyway the models and toys all standardized on the way we see now.
valhary Posted November 24, 2011 Posted November 24, 2011 the ozma armor looks well provided............. I hope bandai offer a coherent price
kanedaestes Posted November 24, 2011 Posted November 24, 2011 I wonder how they will make Michel's Sniper rifle fit in fighter mode with the landing gear. Also I wonder for Alto's Armor pack if they will try to make it work to have both the sniper rifle and his regular gun in fighter to recreate the final battle, though it doesn't have to have landing gear for.
Raptor One Posted November 24, 2011 Posted November 24, 2011 I don't recall Alto going into fighter mode with both of those guns. IIRC he was always in Gerwalk or Battroid
Reïvaj Posted November 24, 2011 Posted November 24, 2011 (edited) So, are the crew staff and stuff going to be included with the SP? Edited November 24, 2011 by Reïvaj
Lolicon Posted November 24, 2011 Posted November 24, 2011 I don't recall Alto going into fighter mode with both of those guns. IIRC he was always in Gerwalk or Battroid He does. He just never lands with both guns. Unless you count ditching your flaming aircraft into the ocean as landing.
kanedaestes Posted November 24, 2011 Posted November 24, 2011 I don't recall Alto going into fighter mode with both of those guns. IIRC he was always in Gerwalk or Battroid After Brera saves him they both fly in fighter towards the Queen/ Grace and you can clearly see both guns being stored underneath At 6:15
OptionZero Posted November 24, 2011 Posted November 24, 2011 I would pay decent money just for that display setup
pud333 Posted November 24, 2011 Posted November 24, 2011 I would pay decent money just for that display setup This. Would be cool to have all the little men running around with the ladders, etc.
