It's on my to get list, that one I'm going to paint in the greens of the Monster, also need to make 20 shield drones for it, but that is another project. 19 hours ago, CrossAir said: What about Prototype PLAN303E Deep Striker color scheme? Light and dark grey, red around shoulder and head section and little yellow details. Okay, this one has a heavy loadout, but imho the color scheme would also suit the T'au Coldstar Looks neat and since the fusion blades are the Farsight relic the red is thematic... I'll save the image, be nice if there was a picture of just the mech outside of the booster armour. Quote
505thAirborne Posted April 19, 2018 Posted April 19, 2018 Looking good NZEOD! Here is VF-31A kit number four, this one will be landing gear down! Quote
Lt. Z0mBe Posted April 19, 2018 Posted April 19, 2018 Those of you following the World Championships of Decaling no doubt heard about this. But for the uninitiated, I just set a world record for number of decals applied to a 1/100 scale aerospace fighter. Next is washes and glazes and some filters before a bit of weathering. Comments and criticisms welcome. Kenny Quote

pengbuzz Posted April 21, 2018 Posted April 21, 2018 Some progress: Adding some more planes (Four A-4 Skyhawks now, after 9 Tomcats and one Intruder), and the rigging is redone (all metal Mast now): Stay tuned folks... Quote

NZEOD Posted April 24, 2018 Posted April 24, 2018 (edited) I'll post up the images of the 3 guys I have like that. That one with the ring binder SOP folder, another with a clipboard and the last leaning forward with a finger out depressing a button on the MFD. All sitting in the seat. They are taken from actual 3d scans of real deck crew members by the guy from REEDOAK. Edited April 24, 2018 by NZEOD Quote

I also need a red langley stripe if you know which fighter has them (For a Focker, Max, Hikaru Ranger Team I am working on). Edit: Actually I have some blue-ish Langley stripes from the F-14A Tomcat. But I can't find red ones. Edited April 24, 2018 by arbit Quote

mickyg Posted April 26, 2018 Posted April 26, 2018 Wow NZEOD! I know those are 1:72 but you'd think they were 48 or 32, given how crisp that paint is. Nice job! Quote
NZEOD Posted April 27, 2018 Posted April 27, 2018 (edited) that's not the paint... that's the unreal resolution in the printing of these things Edited April 27, 2018 by NZEOD Quote

valhary Posted April 28, 2018 Posted April 28, 2018 well is going to be a long way after finished the 3D model I try printed and hope the magnets can hold the weight the missile pods otherwise the drill will have to be the alternative Quote

NZEOD Posted April 29, 2018 Posted April 29, 2018 (edited) A little madness in detailing on the WAVE VF4... air wing maintanence petty officer flicking through the Preflight Checks after a hard night in the hangar. Managed to get some convincing writing into the pages of the SOP folder. Edited April 29, 2018 by NZEOD Quote
CrossAir Posted April 29, 2018 Posted April 29, 2018 Damn, even the seat looks like it's a much bigger scale, not speaking of those manual pages . That's some awesome job especially as this is 1/72 scale! Could you please stop it? You make me thinking about building 1/72 Macross kits as well. That is not good for my wallet Quote
